I brought my cat here today for the first time to establish with a new vet and the care was absolutely amazing! Dr Kitz and her team were fantastic with my cat and explained everything to me. I honestly have never seen my cat so calm at a vet before. If you need a vet and live in the Oldsmar area I highly recommend!

This is a very caring and professional place to take your loved furry friends. Dr. Kit and the entire staff care for your pets as if they were their own. Their compassion for the end of life care for our beloved Seamus was so appreciated, I can't put it into words.
We have taken our pets there for the last several years and appreciate the care advice and are always presented with the pros and cons of any treatment plan. Bonus: our pets love the staff there, and they are a great judge of character!

Awful. We've been going here for 4+ years with our 2 cats. Prices have skyrocketed since our first visit.
Went in to renew our cat's medication prescription, was told we need his typical annual, a blood test re-check to make sure it's the same as before, and flea meds. THEY HANDED US A $520 ESTIMATE.
When we told them it's exorbitantly higher than we can afford, they said we needed to do it anyways before we left, or they couldn't renew his prescription. We told them we needed our records and we'll get him checked and his prescription re-written at a new vet. Horrendous and laughable.
The staff is hit-or-miss for congeniality and the hours available for scheduling are minimal. If their only silver lining wasn't their location a block away from our apartment, we would have never gone in the first place, and now we know better to network with other pet owners for good references. LEARN FROM OUR MISTAKES: GO ELSEWHERE.

I've had pets for over 30 years and quite a few vets for my animals. Dr kitz and her staff are the best I've seen. They are caring and make every effort to ensure pets get the best care. My dog was sick and Dr Kitz helped me troubleshoot what was wrong with my dog. She is the most professional kind and knowledgeable vet I've ever seen. We had no idea what was wrong with my dog. It was a challenging case for her but she came through and figured it all out. I highly recommend Dr Kitz for any of your pets needs. She'll get to the source of the problem with kindness diligence honesty and any extra effort that she must take to help the pet. Thanks Dr Kitz and staff for being the best in the business.

I took my little dog Spirit to this vet for the first time. From the time I walked in, the receptionist, Vicky, was so pleasant and helpful! Next, I went in with Ann and Rory, where they took information on my little dog, Spirit. They certainly made me feel relaxed, they had a professional demeanor and also maintained a good sense of humor which is always comforting when you are taking your animal to the veterinarian. Dr.Kitz, was very professional and warm. I had confidence in this team immediately! They were kind, informative, extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly how to handle my dog to be examined. I have had dogs for many years and must say this is the best example of a veterinarian office that I have been to in quite some time. Definitely is any place that I would recommend taking your pets too. The perfect mix of professionalism, kindness and knowledge! In addition, the prices were very fair. Many thanks to the team for taking good care of my Spirit!❤️❤️❤️❤️

Meatball and I just got back from our first visit there--wellness, checkup and to ask about alleviating anxiety for a flight. Top notch all around, I'm sad I'm moving because I'd go back here in a heartbeat. Not to mention the extremely witty marquis signs out front!!!

Dr. Raleigh was very nice, knowledgeable and took good care of my baby girl. Rachel and Vickie are wonderful! They run the office so efficiently. I was very happy with my visit here.

Excellent care.. Dr. Farmer is great with both patients and parents. She did more for my dog in one visit than what his vet did in 7 years. I wish she had day time hours, but am so grateful to have her in an emergency.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They took such good care of my Chihuahua that he totally forget he was a Chihuahua, where no snips happened which I was sure would of happened. But they took care of all my needs and concerns and all with a big smile on their faces and I left not only with a totally different dog but more knowledgeable about him. I would for sure recommend them to anyone needing help with a furry friend. I would give 10 ? if I could.
