Really awful and rude service when they don’t know the first thing about customer service complaining that they had to close the register for counting and that selling me some fuel special service to sell me $23 worth of fuel
They made a very simple transaction with comments like if they are doing me some huge personal favor.

There was no soap or toilet paper in the bathroom. It might run out pretty frequently due to the people spending their day on the slot machines here. The gas pumps are very well maintained!

My review continues to be removed as it's triggering someone. So here it is again. Was a mission TRYING to get my fuel rewards to work at the location which ended up NOT working period. The worst part was the clerk did NOT know how to speak or comprehend any English at all. How do you hire someone to work a shift alone without the slightest of bit of English?? The clerk proceeded to swear up and down. So ultimately to end the awkward situation. I just paid the full price and was not able to use my fuel perks. Which actually was $0.35 off per gallon. Will NEVER be coming to this location again." Guys at Yelp, if you do not like my review. Then close my account. Someone shouldn't be swearing at a customer for not being able to speak their language when you are in the USA. The clerk who was onsite this day working made no attempt to try to communicate with me, or ask someone to translate. She instead continued making loud sigh gestures and massive attitude. Nothing on this review is offensive!! If you work at US based retailer, you are expected to have some level of English. If you don't know English, then at least have the decency of trying to work the customer with a better attitude. If she was nice about it, I wouldn't have been so upset. This is not OK and should be reviewed accordingly. You give bad service, you get a bad review. Hopefully try and do better to make up for it.

Excellent place, very helpful, the employees, the lady at the cafeteria, very attentive and accommodating with customers and above all, excellent coffee, better than the one at La Carreta, rich for many. Very good place to go

I always stop at that gas station to fill up my gas tank, employees are nice, and they always have variety of drinks and snacks, also the Cuban coffee is the best of Miami!

Today, Thursday, February 16, after buying something, I was physically and verbally attacked by an employee who apparently was painting the bathroom, without any signs, without anything and in an apparently drunken state, check your security video so you can check it hour 8 :17 pm I am going to file a criminal complaint for damages and prejudicesI have photos and video

FRAUD Alert! Do NOT go to this gas station Shell on bird and 94th Avenue, Miami. I just got a charge of $80 one week after filling my tank there and reporting it!

Worst shell shation ever I needed to pay with a check cause I had lost my wallet and the lady assisting me called the owner to ask if she can accept a check and not only was I denied this payment option but also when I told the young lady assisting me I was going to write a review to inform the public about this she litterly told me that she does not care that they as a company don't care. The shell company is losing a lot of what we old customers look for (customer service, quality and care) it's a shame cause I've been a customer of Shell for over 19 years.
