“I live much closer to the LWR post office but dispise going to that location. The employee's can be rude and the line is ALWAYS extremely long. Decided to try another post office hoping it would be less stressful and so glad I did. I was lucky enough to have a wonderful man named Nate help me. He was very polite, kind and extremely helpful. I thanked him profusely. This is my new favorite post office and will be driving the extra distance because of the excellent customer service I received from Nate. Also, worth mentioning there was no line.

“I wanted to leave a review because I had such a great experience with Wanda at the passport counter. I wanted to thank her because she was so kind and patient; I had some complications on my end with passport paperwork, and was instructed errantly at a different passport agency before coming to the Oneco office. Wanda had an eagle eye and picked out several small errors that I had made; she was extremely competent. It really made something that should have been a headache, very smooth and easy . In addition, I came in the middle of the day and the PO was very easy to find, easy parking, and the post office was very calm and quiet. I will definitely tell anyone I know who is getting a passport to go here first, thanks again, Wanda!”
