I was in dire need of a part that has been on back order for 3 months and scheduled for another 3. The service department went out of their way to help me locate a part from a dealer a few hours from them. They called multiple locations for me and are even calling the manufacturer to ask if a different part number will work. I am beyond thankful and very impressed with the level of customer service they gave to me. Makes me rethink the service i am currently getting elsewhere as it has not been matched to this.

I bought a car, delivered in 2 weeks, although they promised in 3 days, the cover that I paid for was not delivered at all, it cost $ 300, it’s impossible to get through to them, I can’t get my money back, be careful

SMH don’t use this company customer service is something they do not take seriously matter of fact hanging up in customers faces and not having any clear line of communication is top on the list of services provided. They will let you down trust me and also I believe it’s on purpose to so please if you’re reading this please be VERY cautious!

I've never been to this location, but I call them for at home service. They've always fixed my cart on the spot, or told me exactly what the issue was. ....Which is orders of magnitude better than the competition. I once had my cart picked up by Riva and it just sat in their garage for two weeks and no one looked at it. The guys that come are knowledgeable (I've had two separate people come for three visits) and they're always very thorough. They also do warranty claims on ez-go carts.

Worst customer services ever. Have the golf car in their shop now for 2 months they don’t answer emails. They say they deliver the car but is not true. They charge me double the work and I still don’t have the car. Do no recommend them at all

If you are looking a purchase a golf car. I strongly recommend Advantage Golf Cars to meet your needs. I recently purchased 2012 Cushman Hauler 1200 gas @ Advantage Golf Cars, Opa Locka, Fl. I walked on the lot I was asked to be helped right away. There were a variety of cars to choose from and the experience I had was great being assisted by sales associate and especially the General Manager Dennis Padilla. The customer service was over the top. What an amazing experience I had that day, it was “Divine”.

About 2 weeks ago I called them to come and repair my golf cart. When they arrived they said it was a battery. No problem, put one in. Of course they did not have one and this is the SECOND TIME I HAVE PAID FOR A SERVICE CALL AND MY CART STILL DID NOT RUN WHEN THEY LEFT. Neither time did they have a battery. I bought a battery and had it installed. Guess what? That must not have been the only problem, because my cart still does not run. I called them yesterday and they were to call me back today to tell me when they could pick up my cart and whether or not they could bring me a loaner. Gainsville store did not call me back. Now I am two more days waiting to get a repairman. I paid $53 last time for nothing. If they did not want my business in The Villages why didn't they tell me when I called? I have tried to be a loyal customer . . . worst part is I use to work for them.

I highly recommend Advantage Gulf Cars for anyone looking for gulf car needs. The general manager, Dennis Padilla, is your go to person. He goes over and beyond for his customers. I definitely think it's worth going to for great customer service experience.

I had a great experience at this location in opa locka , the parts department staff are very helpful in making sure you get your parts with great pleasure. The general Manager Dennis is very helpful making sure your car is perfect and goes above his way. I would Highly recommend this location!
