Really like the bm9 but customer service was very slow. Had a issue firing after maybe 100/150 rounds. Took multiple days to get responses, they sent me a new fire control group (disconnector issue causing trigger to not reset). Havent received it yet, got a psa drop in trigger and its shooting like new again.

I love my bergade 9mm had a slight problem with the extractor arm broke contacted them told them the problem part was sent next week back together ready to rock
