About Caricom Freight Consolidators, Inc.
Caricom Freight Consolidators, Inc. is a door to door shipping company for shipping to Jamaica. Customers can bring goods and goodies to be packed right there, with workers assisting and making suggestions. The company gets the job done right, with quick and fast reach and clear, and everything done in minutes. One customer sent boxes in five months and recommends the company any time. Another customer of many years says they always deliver exceptional service. However, one customer reported that two shipments were delayed leaving the facility several weeks after packages were dropped off and paid for. Multiple calls were made and a visit to the facility was made, with a promise that packages would be shipped. A call came indicating packages were about to be loaded in a container for shipment one whole month after drop off, which was described as the pinnacle of poor management and slackness. The customer was upset and disappointed.
