I posted a Google review in August which the owner responded with my personal contact information. It appears the owner also provided my contact info to an “insurance company” who has been texting me regularly since I wrote the review. I assume the insurance company is fake and it’s either the owner or someone from his company texting me. Nonetheless, I’ve been harassed ever since I wrote the review months back. They refuse to stop contacting me. Because I’m taking legal action for posting my contact info and receiving random text messages from someone this company gave my info to, and Jorge Medina Jr was less than helpful to get it removed. In fact, he informed me that his “HR company posted the contact info and that unfortunately, Google is an open forum and they can post whatever they want.” Ignoring the fact that I have rights and posting my personal info is a violation of them. The review was deleted for my protection, so I’m reposting.

I’m gonna go ahead and one star this business just like Michael did 6 months ago and hope you don’t reply with the same snarky remark about the entire company deserving a one star. You wanna know why you deserve a one star, or in my opinion, LESS? Because the same driver was seen on the road today nearly killing people to get to where he needed to be. He was speeding down NW 36 ST, was beeping at people to go faster or run yellow lights so he could speed through red ones. Attached are screenshots of my video of him running a red light, one of the 4 that I witnessed. In fact, I even called the police I was so scared for public safety AND left a voice message to the number provided on the truck, however, I have yet to hear back. Also, this driver is driving without a license plate. Do you not think that all of this is one star worthy? It seems as though my complaint is about the same driver, at least the same vehicle number as Michael’s review from 6 months ago and clearly “speaking to the driver” wasn’t effective. So.. I’d def say your business does deserve the one star, and only because there is no negative star option! Don’t blame us, blame your employee. I’m sending my video to the police, his driving was beyond unacceptable and dangerous!
* in my pictures, you’ll see how far from the light the driver was when the light turns yellow. You’ll then see where the driver was when the light turned red. Rather than slowing down, and having ample time to do so, the driver sped up faster than he was already going to run the red light which you’ll see in the following pictures!!!

Be aware of driver 370 has no regard for the road. More important to drop off on time then others safety you would think that driving for a company and having the company logo on your truck would want to make you drive a little safer to represent your company correctly…

I loved working with Delta and their staff. Great family owned business with amazing customer service. Vivianne, Rolando & Jorge are easy to work with and kept provide updates about our shipment, until final delivery. I highly recommend using them for drayage needs .

Delta Trucking=Rock Stars! I am a twice-a-year customer; however, the folks at Delta made me feel like I use them daily! They have the best communication and response and are easy to work with. Their drivers are professional, courteous, and, holy cow, ON TIME! I will be using them forever!!
