Since Covid all government agencies has gone to hell and the DHSMV among the worse, Today I went with my brother in law to get his new driver license , turns out that now you need an online appointment in order to be seen, those appointments are in 2 months minimum, half of those appointments never show up and you end up with an empty office by 12pm but still they wont see you at least you have an appointment. if the day of your appointment your miss a paper then get ready for other 2 waiting months. I miss the old good days when there wasn't such a thing as online appointments and you just walk in any DMV and got your process going ,even if you forgot something, you could go home and back and still get your license. What happen to this country? not all progress is good.

Terrible starting for the guy at the front desk who have the worst attitude I ever seen and Lourdes she is horrible they treated me like I delinquent when I was there only to ask about my paper work terrible please

This is not a DMV anymore, it’s an HSMV. Delete this place with this label- it’s misleading! Man working there was incredibly kind and said everyone came there mistakenly.
