If you want a mediocre job, come here, if you want to be treated disrespectfully, come here, if you want to waste 3-5 hours of your day, come here, and if you like to be ripped off, come here. I ended up coming to this place, because I thought I would get a bargain coming to the Opa-Locka Flea Market, or what's left of it. I'll start by saying I paid over $700 for multiple services, the fact that you have to pay ahead before the job is completed and you are satisfied with it, is disappointing. I wanted to get my windshield glass and the 2 front windows tinted as well as LED lights for under my truck, I also needed to find someone who could install the cover for my truck bed that I had purchased from Amazon, the owner said he could do it for $150, so I ended up doing everything there. The lights for under the truck would end up being the RGB LED Rock Lights that sell on Amazon for $77.95, they charged me $500 installed. They started first with the brand new in-the-box bed cover, I got there at 10am, and left at 3pm, without the Rock Lights installed, but paid. The bed was not installed properly, so the owner said it was a manufacturer defect, and he had the same truck and the same thing happened to him, and that it was working 95%, I wonder if it would have been okay with him, for me to say; then I'll pay you 95%, I was already tired of being there, after 5 hours, who wouldn't be? The only thing accomplished was the windshield glass tint, the 2 front windows, and the bed cover, I told the owner I could not wait another 6 hours for them to install the lights, and that I would be back in a few days, at no point did he offer to refund the money for the lights ($500). I came back 4 days later, to get the job completed, and mentioned that the windshield glass tint was visibly scratched, they changed it and had to do it twice, for whatever reason. I also told the owner that I contacted the manufacturer for the bed cover and was advised that it was clearly noted in the instructions, that there was something different that had to be done, to the last 2 brackets and screws, indeed, they looked at it and was able to fix it, their way, I should say because they no longer had the installation instructions, what a disaster at this point, I said to myself. Finally, all was addressed and supposedly fixed after another 5-hour wait. I noticed a defect on the glass tint, but since they ask you to wait 3 days to settle, I wanted to follow their guidelines, after 4 or 5 days, I returned and spoke to the owner, and he said to give it a full 2 weeks, by now, this is my fourth time there. I returned today and got there at 11 a.m., only one car inside, I walked to the flea market to get a battery for my watch, and when I came back, there was another car inside, and they had stopped working on my car, I was so patient, I do not believe myself, I thought to myself, I will never come back here, so I might as well get this resolved, left this place at 3pm. My point when I say if you want to be disrespected, they make you wait like a fool and don't even apologize. As a business owner, I would have compensated the client with something for this huge inconvenience and gained a customer for life, but most importantly, for that customer to recommend another customer and so on, and for that customer (ME) to have left positive feedback. FYI, if you want light for under the car, buy it on Amazon or elsewhere, and have them installed, you could save a lot.
