I called to check for a shoe after calling 4 other locations and being rudely dismissed. Caitlin (I hope I spelled that right) was very helpful and did her best to assist me. Even though the shoe wasn’t in stock, I am happy with the customer service provided! Thank you for your kindness!

The short black manager lady with the short natural cut is useless and knows nothing. She needs to be replaced, Hell hire the security guy he more helpful and knowledgeable that she was.

Actually the associates are very nice… except Angel and Elvis, I don't know if they are their real names… but I arrived at 6:35 pm to make a change and they didn't want to assist me since they were sitting talking to the security and supposedly the system was down …and then 2 more people entered
