From the start you get scriped emails stating repairs are moving along great and everything looks good but after 3 weeks I called and was told they were waiting for a part, 2 weeks later l requested to talk to owner but no one returned call so I had to call allstate ins who call them and Dan Sanchez retired my call and said part we there and they would finish repairs.In 3 more weeks I went to pick up my 2024 corvette and went to pay my deductable and wanted to pay cash but was told oniy credit card would be accepted only so I payed and left only to get home and find they put a 3 percent service charge on card so I called and was told it would be refunded which they never did and you would think after Allstate pay then over 11000.they would not be so greedy.As for the repairs they are good except fo2 2 flews and inside my car a latch was damaged

The first time my husband was told his Jeep was ready, he dropped off his rental, only to show up and realize the wrong bumper had been installed on the vehicle. On top of that, there were bubbles in the paint, a damaged break light, and the tailgate did not close correctly. The manager proceeded to tell him everything would be fixed (again) and once the proper parts were received, they would be installed in a couple of hours. He then had to go back and re-rent a vehicle. This entire process took about 3/4 hours entirely.
When he got there today, the tail light was still damaged (even though he was told it was going to be replaced), and instead of replacing it, they just sanded it down. There are still bubbles in the paint, and the door still doesn’t close properly. He signed a warranty and a final receipt because he was not going to continue to leave his vehicle with a shop that has been careless from the start.
He was told his vehicle passed their “quality control” both times he was told it was ready and I’m not sure how it did, given the multiple issues he’s had.
We have another vehicle that needed work done and we were hoping to take it here. Unfortunately, given his experience, we won’t be.

Honestly, they did an amazing job. I’m very satisfied with their work and guarantee. I highly recommend them. The staff was also very nice and easy to deal with.

Went there today 7/12/23 for an estimate, they wanted $35 to give the estimate, never heard of such a thing, not to mention their web site clearly says, free estimates. I can only imagine they must be quite expensive for comparable work done by others if they have the need to do this.

Went 7-12-23 for an estimate to re-paint a front bumper cover on a Mercedez, they wanted $35 for the estimate, never heard of such a thing, especially since they false advertise free estimates. My only conclusion is that they must be rather expensive for comparable work by others and don't get the jobs, so not to waste their time they want $35 dollars if u don't do the work with them.

Frank's collision helped me with accident related repairs several times over the past year, twice for my daughter's Jeep and once for my Jeep. Frank is a very nice, professional man who really cares about his customers, service and quality. Excellent Job in repairing my car. What looked like an small dent turn out to be a bigger job. Contacted me right away and send me photos of the unseen damage. From the very beginning very professional. Hope I don't have to use their services again but if I ever need a body shop this will be where I will take my car.

I was in a car accident back in August and from the receptionist service to Frank himself the service was the BEST OF THE BEST .! I went through the insurance and out of all they were the most reliable and convenient! My car was fixed in a matter of a few days and then due to a business trip I had to leave my car there for a week on top of washing the car and cleaning the inside ! Just want to thank Frank and his team for an AMAZING job. Few years ago, they restored my niece’s car after her accident. They did a phenomenal job. This past week, they did the same on my car and I am INFINITELY GRATEFUL. The minute you walk in, you can tell they are proud of what they do. Today, I had the pleasure of meeting Frank, which confirmed what I imagined the owner of this incredible place to be - a kind, courteous and friendly soul who takes pride in the work he and his staff does.
