Same furniture sold EVERYWHERE ELSE is double the cost here. Walked in, found the table i'd been searching for on their showroom floor. I've seen this table at many stores however, it wasn't in stock or they didn't have the wood grain color we wanted. Lyn's had it in stock with our desired color. When we walked in, a young woman came over to help us. We asked the price and the price she gave us was twice what it costs EVERYDAY PLACE ELSE. I thought this was the cost including the chairs but the chairs raised the price even more ridiculously. We promptly left. Lol!!! 2,stars because customer service was fine but ill just order it and wait. Thanks anyways!

I must say first of all thos furniture place I will not purchase anything there again and I will not encouraged anyone to shop here. I purchase a sectional there the sectional was not complete, all the raw materials was sticking out under the bottom with nails and staples everywhere.

Personalmente la primera muchacha que me atendió Rosvie fue un amor de persona y nos ayudo cantidad muy agradecida con ella pero tuve problemas al momento de recoger mi sofá, estaba dañado llame a la tienda y me contesto una muchacha muy grosera de mi parte no sabe atender al público en lo absoluto no avisa cuando te va a poner el hold le expliqué sobre todo lo qué pasó y me ponía en hold eso fue lo que mas me molestó eh trabajado 5 años en customer service y lo adecuado es decirle al cliente permiso lo pondré en espera para ayudarte arreglar la situación pero no lo hacía me dejaba hablando llegue al punto que me tuve que poner un poco pesada con ella por esa razón y se lo expliqué para que tuviera un poco mas de profesionalismo y me empezó a hablar en inglés yo llego 15 años en Estados Unidos y se hablar a la perfección el inglés cuando le fui a contestarme colgó el teléfono y no me contesto nunca mas. De verdad que fue una falta de respeto de su parte lamento mucho no saber su nombre pero ojalá y tomen medida sobre esto Personally, the first girl who attended me, Rosvie, was a lovely person and she helped us a lot, but I had problems picking up my sofa, it was damaged, I called the store and a very rude girl answered me, she doesn't know how to attend. He does not notify the public at all when he is going to put the hold on you. I explained to him about everything that happened and he put me on hold. That was what bothered me the most. I have worked 5 years in customer service and the appropriate thing is to tell the client, permission, I will put it. She was waiting to help you fix the situation but she didn't, she kept talking to me, I got to the point that I had to get a little annoying with her for that reason and I explained it to her so that she would have a little more professionalism and she began to speak to me in English. I have been in the United States for 15 years and I can speak English perfectly when I went to answer it, he hung up the phone and never answered me again. It was really disrespectful on her part. I'm very sorry for her not knowing her name, but I hope they take action on this

If you see a business posting items on Facebook Marketplace, you have a huge red flag; especially if the business is from Miami-Dade. I can't tell you how many times I've been ripped off by stores looking to make a quick buck. It's better to work with one of the big box stores.

They get 1 star because of how i was treated after my purchase!!! I had no choice but to pick up my mattress(2) and accent chair using my car. Sadly the sly remarks, jokes l, rudeness and unprofessional conducts in Spanish was beyond distasteful!!!! Fortunate for me i speak a little Spanish and understand! My entire family is relocating and are shopping for new furniture for our homes. Lyn’s Furniture is highly NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!! As a single mom, i did what i had to!

Great selections to choose from. Got awesome assistance from Gevel, she was knowledgeable about items I had questions about. This store was not my choice, but was glad to have been encouraged to just take a look. I will be back real soon.
