Was on the phone with them and both times the call dropped and both times they called me back at different times, and this happened with different customer service reps. I have been on the phone many times with other companies on hold or talking with an agent and for whatever reason the call drops and they never call you back. “I recently purchased the Human Touch Super Nova from Relax The Back in Aventura, I must say this is one of my best decisions lately! When I arrived at the store I was in severe pain from arthritis in my hips and sciatica pain. By the time I left the store I felt great! Omar was so helpful, he set me up in the Super Nova.
