Very much displeased! One of the most expensive shipping companys' in the Bahamas! Poor customer service; had serveral poor experiences with them from misplaced packages, misplaced invoices, a consistently rude supervisor (female) to rediculous mark ups. A coworker recommended them, so glad that there are other options, will never, ever use their services again! My recommendations: Need for a modern package monitoring system, instituted and ongoing customer service training for management and staff and a revision of fees so as to provide competitive pricing!
