  Customer service is trash! Cars look good but have engine issues. warranty is trash it literally doesn't cover anything. I'm convinced they rig the cars to not show the check engine lights till your warranty is up. don't go here. save yourself the head ache and money. Ask for a car fax!!!

  Apparently once you finish paying off your car, they charge you $700 to transfer the title over to you. This is just a shady business practice from a shady establishment.

  My son bought Cruz for 10,000 dollars. its engine got overheated and died totally. He did not get to drive not even month. Warranty department was horrible and car dealer said that that was not dealer fault because that car did run at the time of purchase. Now i know why there is so many low rating.
