“I really like the Brickell area — it’s a beautiful and modern part of Miami. The skyline is impressive, and I truly enjoy walking around and admiring the architecture and tall buildings.
There are also some great spots to visit, like Rosa Sky, which adds to the charm of the nightlife in the area. Brickell has a lively and energetic vibe, especially in the evenings, making it a fun place to go out with friends or just explore.
Every time I come to Miami, I make sure to visit Brickell. It’s definitely one of my favorite areas in the city!”

“Aventura Mall is an excellent place to shop and spend time. The mall is very modern, clean and beautifully designed with plenty of natural light and open spaces. There is a great mix of stores from luxury brands to popular retail shops so there is something for everyone.
The food options are also fantastic with many restaurants and cafés to choose from. I also enjoyed the art installations and the overall atmosphere which makes the mall feel more like an experience than just a shopping center.
Overall Aventura Mall is one of the best malls in the area and a great place for shopping dining and spending a relaxing day.”

I want to extend my deepest thanks to Tiffany, the Assistant Store Manager at Windsor Store in Miami International Mall, for going above and beyond to support our family during a challenging time.
While waiting for my own mom to come out of surgery, I was also helping my daughter find her dream prom dress for this coming Saturday. We had originally purchased a beautiful dress from another Windsor location, but were unsure about the color. We bought it anyway, thinking we could return it if we found the same style in a better color elsewhere. Unfortunately, we later learned that the dress was non-refundable—something that hadn’t been clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
We reached out to Windsor's customer service team, who explained that it was up to the discretion of the local store manager whether any accommodation could be made. That’s when we met Tiffany at the Miami International Mall location.
Tiffany took the time to listen to our situation with care and empathy. She understood not only the confusion around the return policy but also the emotional weight of the moment. Thanks to her compassion and willingness to help, she processed a refund for the original dress—even though she didn’t have to—since we had already purchased the same dress in the color my daughter truly loved from her store.
Tiffany turned a stressful situation into a joyful one. Her kindness made a world of difference to a mom under pressure and helped make my daughter’s prom dreams come true.

“Great Chinese buffet in this mall. Dynasty buffet. $20 dinner all you can eat. Lunch price ends at 3 pm. Also, you can bring your own alcoholic drink , and they will open it and provide you with regular cups. Otherwise, drinks are additional from the buffet price. Sodas, tea, etc. Good selection of food. Open 11 am to 10 pm. Take away by weight. Free parking.”
“This was my 1st time ordering from BBW and picking up in store. An item I really wanted was on sale but not available at my usual BBW. It was available at the BBW in Pembroke Commons which was several miles from my home, but worth the trip. I was surprised that less than two hours after placing my order, it was ready. Pick up was efficient and smooth. I'll definitely be picking up in store more often. BTW, I love my bag!”

“The shopping center is kind of dead. However, there is 1 store that stands above the rest and makes it worth the visit. MIKEY'S PIZZA! the pizza is superb, the service is great, and the ambiance is even better. Parking is plentiful, and the shopping center is somewhat clean. There's not much to write about. More than a few stores are closed down, but hopefully, new businesses will open there soon.”
“Very clean and organized, there are several places with different services and different types of food, my favorite is a Mexican food restaurant called "La Diosa Taqueria" where the food is excellent, and the drinks are even better, with an extensive cocktail bar. Traditional and homemade, the margaritas are exquisite. Of the house drinks, be sure to try the guayabero, the green, the black kiss and they give regular customers a complimentary shot called the Kiss from Your Ex, which is super delicious.”
