Superb overall company. Had to replace 3 patio doors in my home and Super Impact had all products in stock. They came 3 days later after paying initial deposit to install and I had a great experience. Process was very smooth dealing with them and they did everything we agreed upon. Installation team was clean, fast, covered all furniture and floor to minimize dust and keep everything clean. I really recommend this business and i am very happy to support small local businesses such as them and you should also.

I had a good experience with my hurricane impact doors. Mario explained in detail how my door was going to be . I am very satisfied with the service and with the installers who did an excellent job. All my visitors who see my hurricane impact doors fall in love with the design . What really loved the most was the fact that I did not have to wait 7-8 weeks for my doors because it was in stock .

First I paid Mario $150 to come assess. Then I paid his invoice/ deposit of $575. Having paid $725, I have attempted to contact via email, phone, and text dozens of times, and I have gotten NO response in 3 months. I believe I was robbed by this company.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! Mario made an appoinment then closed didnt answer calls or text. Made me leave work early loose money and sit in traffic for an hour. Very unprofessional, can only imagine when he owes you merchandise.
