Just want to write to let everyone know how happy I am with this body shop I got into an accident my first didn’t know what to do and Neil Goerge the tow driver came to me and told me about there services at the shop let me tell George was like an angel took me and my car to the shop there I me Juliana and Betty they were absolutely wonderful helped me with all my paper work I didn’t have to to anything they did everything for me including sending me home on a Uber they paid for it so I want to thank George Juliana and Betty for all they did for me thank you all and my car came out better than new I’m very happy and o recommend this Bodyshop to everybody ❤️????

Firstly I give it 1 star because otherwise it won't let me comment but in reality they don't deserve any. I am going to summarize that they are the most scammers, liars and criminals that exist in all of Miami. Don't be fooled that they put on a face at first and stab you later.

I cannot thank them enough for their help. The day I walked through the door I had just crashed my car, They not only made sure my claim details were accurate, but they also made sure that I was personally okay and that I was taking care of. Although we experienced a few bumps in the road with my car repairs each and every time they were great about telling me what was going on and how they were going to fix it. Not knowing a lot about cars myself it really meant a lot to know that I had somebody that was truthful. Everybody that I interacted with was friendly and took their time explaining things to me. I appreciate all that they have done.

I do not recommend this place, they told me that they put in all new damaged parts, it was never like that, they left me the same parts and they saw me for 2 months, for work that is done in two days, bad place ?

I can not say enough good things about everyone I encountered .Jorge and Jose were there quickly and when I needed them they helped me laugh through a bad situation. I then encountered Juliana and she was the most helpful and sweet people. She even helped me later that night when I had some questions for her! And last but not least Mike was there to call me an Uber home and make sure I was safe and had everything I needed. Overall everyone was so nice patient and had amazing customer service 10/10 would always recommend!

The service was very bad...I went for my car after almost 2 months...there were faults in the repair and they wanted to give me the car in a hurry...when I expressed my disagreement they were aggressive and reluctant to give me the car according to the established standards arguing that the insurance company I had not paid in full and they refused to deliver the vehicle after they had called to see if they could deliver it... they did not recommend it, very bad service. I also called the insurance company and they do not have any pending payment for the vehicle. They send me emails verifying this information.

I got into an accident late September 2022, I called them and they were very helpful in helping me get my car towed to the shop and get the process started. Unfortunately due to the horrible nature of my insurance company (NATIONAL GENERAL) my repairs were being delayed, NO FAULT OF THE SHOP AT ALL. Fast forward 4 months later, all my repairs were done and my car looked brand new! They were so patient and helpful in helping me call the insurance and get all the RIGHT repairs done! They don’t cut corners, they don’t do minimal work! You get their best ! I 100% approve and would always recommend !Services: Painting
