Went to this branch to get some money The supposed to be manager saw me in line totally ignore me walk away. Didn’t say anything came back five minutes later so Rude didn’t even say can I help you? She hand motioning me with her hand like am not a custom. They need to do some changes at this branch is awful. She was so rude. I guess it’s the kind of people that go to that branch they get no respect ridiculous I will find her name because I will be making a complaint to higher up.

Every time I come to this branch I have the best experience. The team is fast and knowledgeable of their work . The team at this Wells Fargo Branch are Fantastic. Tellers do everything possible to help you through the process and the Supervisor is amazing and so is Manager. Weather it’s business related or personal I highly recommend this branch .

Discriminated by the employees. Waited an hour for service. Was not allowed to sign the sign-in sheet. The hispanic female employee farted when she walked by me.

Probably the best and the worst banking experience ever, the workers at the window are always super nice to me way nicer than any other Wells Fargo (especially 49th st) but that doesn’t change the fact that I have to wait 45+ minutes in line makes no sense why u would only have 2 workers on a busy day just goes to show Wells Fargo doesn’t care about ur experience just their budget smh

Service was terrible had to wait one hour for my daughter to open her first account after scheduled appointment. The teller assisting with opening account was not knowledgeable and sent my child away without verifying if she had all required to open account had to come in and sit and assist. I wouldn't recommend this bank to my worst enemy. Lobby attendant did not speak English good enough to assist with rectifying the problem.

VERY UNDERSTAFFED. Employees have attitude and very poor customer service. EVERY TIME i come to this bank location i have an issue with employee and just as something as simple as making a deposit you can take nearly up to 2 hours waiting. Very Very poor customer service

It’s a disgrace that Wells Fargo thinks it’s acceptable to operate subpar branches in the communities of Color. Yes, we deserve better. The office staff is lackadaisical and incompetent. I've been trying to get someone to answer the phone for nearly an hour. Banker Ana C. promised a callback nearly 2 weeks ago! Never got it! Still waiting to resolve my issue!

I went to this branch I denied to cash my son social security checkMy name was in the check . This branch services it is very bad . Rude customer . I called the 1800 they told and explain that my check can be cash . For the last 6 months I being cashing my son social security check. I’m top of that I opened a new bank account two years ago and wells decide to send a copy of my signature card by mail putting me at rish . They don’t know that people can order check from a third party vendor and by any one have access to my bank account can forge my signature . Also my daughter and I have a join bank account she is an student . I was told student don’t pay for monthly fee into they tiene 24 years old . We are co owner in the account well Fargo is saying that I am the primary . It is no such things as primary and secondary because any one can close the account and withdrawal all the money .

Very busy branch and with COVID it doesn't help but security at the door shouldn't be in his car on the phone. He is there to help direct who's needs to see a banker and who needs to go to an ATM. It's unprofessional and a little annoying. The line outside to get in wasn't even social distancing so I decided to do my banking at another branch.

Most of the customer service seated bankers or whatever they prefer to call themselves have very POOR ATTITUDES especially the black women and this review is coming from a blank woman! It’s sad how poor their attitudes are. If you don’t like your job, why are you there??!
