The worst 711 in existence... ran by lazy rude bums. Hot food is always old and dry, looks like the day before food put back out. No one is there to help anyone, store would be better off with all self check out and have no one there. Wawa is by far way better service, actual friendly workers that ask to help.

7-11 now app has not worked for months. I have called the customer service as well as talked to someone in store multiple times. This is a huge loss in revenue for this store. But no one cares, so it is what it is.

Went in today to purchase iced coffee as I do most days. The cashier that waited on me was very rude, racist and disrespectful. She then proceeded to tell me to leave the store while her boss was standing next to her and said nothing. Candy needs some lessons in customer service as it seems she has no manners. I guess she doesn't realize customers coming in are what pays her paycheck. This is not the first incident with her being racist and disrespectful as my family members have been in this location and experienced the same treatment. If you can't treat everyone equally you have no business working with the public.

Absolutely the rudest customer service I've ever seen. You can't sell tobacco products with ID? Then they give you attitude because they got busted selling to minors. I'm 49 years old. You can't scan my ID. New flash if I was a minor my license would say under 21. Hire some people with brains and a personality

I went to pick up a doorDash order and the cashier was racist towards me, he treated me extremely badly and said some things that were not even relevant.

Usually I love this location, but tonight the tall, red haired fellow with red beard and backwards cap was extremely rude to me. In the past he was overly kind, offering me his phone number one day when I was in the store upset. However, tonight he was even more unprofessional (if that’s even possible) when I came in to pick up an Uber Eats order. I’m a teacher full time and during summer and winter breaks I drive Uber for extra cash to cover some medical expenses. Apparently the Uber Eats order I was there to pick up included a hot food item, which he said he was not able to distribute so I would have to call and cancel. He said this and when I started to ask a question he interrupted me and was very rude. I called the customer while I browsed snacks because I live close by and it was late, this was my last stop and I wanted a snack. While on the phone the customer asked if he would let him have it cold but before I could finish my sentence the 711 worked cut me off again. He then asked me to go outside to make my call because he had to go in the back to do paperwork. I told him I was going to buy something and that I wasn’t going to go stand outside in the cold at 2am. I don’t understand what sort of customer service this guy thinks this is; I live down the road and am always in there almost every day either buying Slurpees for my 6 year old son or for my favorite snack Muddy Buddies or getting gas. He told me that if I did not leave because he asked me to leave more than once that he would call the cops and have me removed. I was genuinely upset because of how I was being treated. I also have a sneaking suspicion he was rude to me because I never did use the phone number he gave me. He is very rude and condescending, and I can’t believe he had the audacity to give me his number one day but then tell me to go outside in the cold at 2am on another occasion because he had paperwork to do and apparently I wasn’t doing things quick enough for him, as I was finishing my call to the Uber customer explaining why I couldn’t get their order while looking at the snacks. I lost my appetite because the way he was talking to me had me in absolute tears. He then told me not to come back to the store which is extreme. This all started because I was upset and he said I was rude even though I could barely get a word in. I did not do anything illegal or threatening in any way, and I was treated terribly because I returned the rude attitude that he initially gave me. He made it very clear I was inconveniencing him with my presence. Unbelievable.
