Worst experience of my life! I get that they don't want to deliver an appliance to a roach infested home, but we have regular pest control & have seen very few roaches. We even agreed to have the place treated and they agreed to deliver the fridge after the treatment. Well, not only did they tell me Friday, so I took off work to be home, but they didn't bring it until Saturday. Let's not forget to mention that they said they'd be happy to deliver it if I bought their warranty. Great sales tactic! Regardless, I haven't had a fridge in 3 weeks, so I bought the stupid warranty.It arrives and the exact same delivery man who asked us to get treated and then said he would install the refrigerator refused to install it AGAIN! He complained that he saw a roach OUTSIDE!!! And that was his reasoning. His coworker called him out on the ridiculousness of this and he still refused.When I called the store the sales manager accepted zero accountability: "I didn't tell you the wrong delivery date. I didn't refuse the delivery." Sir, you represent Aaron's & Aaron's did both of those things. Great management you guys have! He told me only the GM could approve or cancel my order & they won't be back until Monday. He also hung up on me twice because I was irate. I can't imagine why.They had no problem taking my money, but have zero accountability or concern for customer satisfaction. My house is not filthy, not roach infested or anything close.Aaron's, isn't your whole clientele poor people who can't afford to buy an appliance outright? Your whole racket is price gouging. I wouldn't have agreed to pay twice what the stupid thing is worth if I could pay upfront.I know it breaks your non-existent heart to hear this, but you will never get my business.

Had such great experience with you guys until now. I moved and no longer needed the fridge so called to have you guys come get it. They get there and it has to be cleaned before. No one told me that. It was the last day I could get up there before my landlord puts a lock on my door. He isn’t going to let me in as I’m under eviction and he won’t even fix my ceiling from the hurricane. So now I’m stuck paying for something I don’t even have any more. Thanks. Has they told me I would have cleaned it out while I was moving.

5 Star Service! You get new product not used and beat up.I love my new washer and dryer set. The payment arrangement - couldn't be better.My clothes are washed and dried so well. They are cleaned and dried effortlessly.Thanks Aaron's.

Do not do business with the orange city Aaron’s there Maniger christen has let the power go to her head she doesn’t care about her customers only about her self and what makes her look good we have Ben with Aaron’s for 20 years between two states and will be leaving them because of christen and the way she treats people I won’t walk into the store because of fear I’m going to be verbally attacked by her i fear calling worried I will be verbally attacked by her I order stuff on line and she cancels it or holds it hostage and refuses to give me my items I usta praise Aaron’s no longer will I as long as they allow people like christen to work there and treat customers the way she dose I am so disappointed in Aaron’s and christen

They say you don't need no credit but you do when you go in there they want people back where you're running from to be on the lease agreement which is complete broad I would not do business with these people I've done it in the past with no issues but no more

I contacted Aarons to verify the item that I wanted was in stock and was told yes. I completed my order online and called the next morning and expressed that I needed the item the same day for my new job and if it wasn’t possible then to cancel my order. I was told that they had to wait for the truck to arrive to see if my item was on the truck and would call me back to confirm if it could be delivered. If my item was in stock why would I have to wait for the truck to arrive? Nobody ever called me back so I called to cancel my order and refund my money. I was then told I had to call customer service to cancel and for a refund. I called customer service waited 50 min to speak to a representative to be told the store has to cancel and process refund. I had the customer service representative call the store directly with me on the line to avoid the back and forth and the store doesn’t answer. The representative sends an email and I call the store back to advise them of the email now I’m being told I have to drive to the store for a refund! Now I’m out of money and lost my job. I’m beyond angry!
