“From the minute that I stepped inside the large ĺobby of Villa Grande, i was overwhelmed by the friendliness of Barbara the General Manager and Denise, her associate. Both greeted me immediately and they described the living accomodations available. They patiently answered all my questions and even introduced me to some residents who happened to pass by while I was sitting there discussing my housing needs. Everyone of the residents were friendly, polite, and very forthcoming about their personal experiences of living at Villa Grande. Most I met had lived there for 5+ years and loved the place. All raved about the attentive staff and how residents were Priority One. I immediately felt at home. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I knew that I had found where I wanted to live.”

“March of this year 2023 my mother house burned down and she needed to be relocated to Florida to be closer to me. I have been very pleased to have her move into saxon trace apartments. The staff is nice and they keep the community clean. My mother had an issue with her water facuet in her bathroom dripping and she wasn't receiving no heat the maintenance personnel were so help and informative. We put in the tickets and they did an awesome job. P.s my mother is a massive stroke survivor and she lived in New York at the time. Just moved to saxon trace july2023 and its beautiful. Thanks”
