Very very bad slow service, I'm a pretty patient guy but this location had me on edge with the wait times, first they remove drive thru service, then you force not only myself but also the elderly to stand on our feet waiting in massive line for almost 30 minutes to get access to our very own hard earn money is unacceptable... Something need to change immediately, it's no wonder the ratings here are so low....

Many customers zero service. We have been told to go to a different location because they had too many clients while their workers were having their lunch.

Hands down best customer service. Even though there’s always a wait! Staff always seem to be at ease to make sure they meet all customers needs. Carolina was great helping me with my new Business account. ( Quasar Mechanical LLC, ) She went above and beyond advising me how to get started. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I went to cash a personal check from my own acct. After the teller (female who was sitting in the middle teller seat on Saturday, Sept. 23, 2023) and a bigger man with a beard whispered about my account in front of me, and the 10 customers waiting in line, for a few minutes, the teller leaves the window for what seemed like 5 minutes. She comes back, counts my money with the machine and lets me confirm the amount. Puts the envelope of money on the counter and says nothing to me. No thank you, no have a nice day. I had a day planned and she ruined my day. I just stayed home. I will never step foot inside this branch again.

Hands down one of the best bankkng experiences I had experienced in a while. Sat down with banker Nathan with questions about my mother's account. He explained in detail with such care and compassion while repeating things for clarity. Can see he puts his clients first for sure daily. Associates like him are the key to a great relationship. Thank you for what you do Nathan.

Apparently Fraud was detected on my checking account so what did BANK OF AMERICA do? They just locked the account entirely WITHOUT my knowledge. No email, no phone call, no text just locked the account. So I call to find out why I cannot log onto my account after waiting 45 minutes I get to talk to a snide condescending not so helpful person. He tells me I need to physically go into a branch with my license and fix the issue. So I go online to make an appointment for the first thing in the morning following my return home. I can’t make an appointment BECAUSE IM LOCKED OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. The other banks that I use contact me if they detect fraud and I either confirm or deny the transaction.

Opened a line of credit for our business. We we no longer needed it after a few months, so we went in person to close it. A YEAR later we received a letter stating it was still open. We went again in person to inquire why it wasn't closed. A $10 fee wasn't paid so they just left it. No contact was made to let us know there was a fee and an error made. Did they pay the fee to cover for their error? Nope! Never using them again.

Worst branch ever! No drive-thru tellers. They claim they were shut down due to "fraud issues", yet every other major bank on the block has drive thru service lanes (one bank has drive thru open as late as 7 PM)!! Bank of America is one of the biggest banks in the U.S., surely they can figure out fraud issues! When you have to go inside, there is usually only ONE teller open. But yet they waste money on a "greeter" that does nothing more than stand by the door. And the so-called "bank officers" have no clue about FDIC rules. I had to show them myself on the internet! Line is always long for service and the wait exhausting, especially for handicapped customers and some seniors (which we have a lot of in this area). No sense of urgency, lowest level of customer services I have ever experienced at a banking branch.

Had an appointment at 11 am....At 10:55 the banker calls to let us know the system was down and had been for about an hour.Thanks for waiting till we are already there to let us know.Complete waste of time.Just use another bank

Literally the best location I've ever been to. I won't go anywhere else unless I'm dragged. Gutted old staff, replacements are PROS: Gavin, Jordan, the *entire* team. Informative. Up-to-date tech. Detailed. SPOTLESS interior. They go above & beyond ???

Horrible ATM. Drive thru is the worst. Becareful with your wheels . And not to mention the machine spits all your money on the floor so make sure you’re quick to grab it . Hate going here but it’s the only location.

Excellent service, Mrs Kale Seaver advised me and guide me through the process I need .Thank you Mrs Kale.A week later went back and another bank officer " Nathan " help me with through business transaction.Thank you Nathan.
