Suntrust was a much better bank. Truist would get 5 stars for disappointment. Made an appointment for notary and they claimed they didn’t notarize mortgage documents anymore. She said Suntrust did but since Truist took over they made them stop. So instead of using my bank for this service I had to pay $10 per stamp to the UPS store.

The manager and 1 staff member is friendly, smiles, & provides great 5 star customer service. However, when you go to the counter the people behind the counter look as if they are being tortured. No one behind the counter smiles. They don't realize it is their duty to smile and make customers feel welcome. They sound depressed. You put your customers in a funk when you are negative. We can all see you and we think you should be better. We can move our funds to many other banks and have better overall experiences.

They need to get rid of the median in the parking lot where you turn into the driveway to the drive thru banking.

Saturday morning woke up to a hold on my husbands check. Judy was awesome in working us into a busy schedule and Daynada was amazing in resolving our issue. I appreciate their awesome customer service and speedy service in helping us resolve our issue. They were very busy and only had 3 people working the whole bank. Thanks ladies and Truist

I just had one of the most bizarre and unprofessional experiences at a bank.First when you enter, there is no place to sign in for service. You have to just sit or ask a teller/bank employee if one is available. No signage to give direction.I did ask a office employee who stepped out of her office who was rude and dismissive.She barely stopped to listen to my question and told me they do not take appointments and 1st come 1st serve.While waiting I had the unfortunate experience of witnessing a total melt down by one of the tellers who started crying in frustration, grabbing her hair and paste back and forth for a few seconds. When a concerned customer told her to just leave she said, “I can’t, I’m a single mom I have kids to take care of. I can’t leave.”Just wow! Horrible bank and employees. I had my son close his account by the way.

I am very displeased with Truist Bank. Suntrust was a great bank, but just like all of the other negative reviews the bank went straight down hill after the merger. Orange city is a busy branch especially since they shut down the Deltona branch. They now have INCREASED clientele with DECREASED help.To expect customers to consistently wait in line for extended periods of time is simply unreasonable. In addition, you can never contact anyone by phone at this branch. They are always "too busy". I will be changing to another bank shortly.

Orange city branch. I was in drive through. Teller raised her voice to me. I raised my voice to her. They told me to park and come inside. Did not go any better inside. I have been a SunTrust customer for 49 years. I have never been treated like I have been treated in the last year. Tellers are super slow and not friendly. They read and interpret a rule different. Rule says may be they say they rule says definately.

True Story!!! I walked in to open another account for myself… I sat down and waited as I was the only person in the waiting area… Several minutes later a very nice gentleman came in & sat down to wait as well so we engaged in a friendly conversation. Soon as the the next employee was available he walked over looked at me in my FACE AND TOOK THE WHITE MAN with y even asking who was there first.. & NO neither of us had an appointment. I would have offered to let the man go in front of me as he was extremely kind and elderly.. The very heavy set white man with the huge belly that work there obviously didn’t want to give me a chance.. Ms Melinda took care of me with a smile after all… Too many unkind people but there is a few!! Thank you Ms. Melinda for your kindness!

Literally every time I come to this particular location, either the drive thru ATM is OUT OF MONEY, which seems insane at a bank…OR there is a brinks truck preventing from accessing either ATMs. I do not come at the same time of day or the same day of the week. It’s rare people have to seek out a physical location to conduct their banking anymore…withdrawing cash is one of the few ??.Come on Truist, get it together. Suntrust had much better customer service

Called at 4:45 and the phone lines were taken down, stating they close at 5. It was not yet 5. Couldn't get my business done that day because they wanted to stop taking calls early. Banks close early enough......
