My son has a Minor account for my grandson in Georgia so that I could make deposits in Florida. They won 't let me. They say only the parent can to "teach" the child about saving. It is not their job to "teach" us how to teach our children!!You can't get anyone on the phone. They don't have voice-mail they send you to a 1-800 number! The drive through needs more training on how to explain why grandparents cannot deposit money!! Their customer service is HORRIBLE!! Go to another bank!

Kristen Perdisatt Very unprofessional and very rude. She discriminated me. And I feel awful the way she handled my situation, literally picked up my purse, and gave me my purse out of her office and told me she doesn’t have time for me. She has other clients mind you I had an appointment with her and my appointment is a 1 hr and 30 min appointment I was having trouble at the teller and it took about five minutes and she Talked down to me like I was broke and told me what account she recommend for me to get I would not recommend going to her. She gives off a very racist vibe I really wish I couldn’t even leave one star Felt like she was given off she was better than meJust very unprofessional and disgusted with her nasty behavior really hope the manager I spoke to today takes care of the situation.

My elderly mother has been trying to close my father's bank account here for 3 months. They are honest with what paperwork they need but they will loose documents you givetl them. They have lost my father's death certificate that was given to them months ago. If they will loose this please be weary they will loose other documents you give them.I would never trust this branch with my information.

5:37pm and the bank is closed, the drive through ATM is broken and there is 10-12 people waiting in line to use the walk up ATM. Very poor customer service and very poor job of helping to alleviate the long line waiting to use the walk up ATM

Just received outstanding customer service from Kristen Perdisatt helping my daughter and I open up my teenage daughter’s first checking and savings account. Kristen was very pleasant and helpful and suggested the perfect accounts for my daughter’s needs. Thank you Kristen.

Word of advice to anybody don't use Chase Bank. JPMorgan is stealing everybody's money he does absolutely nothing for you for your money he does absolutely no service he provides no customer care no customer service nothing. This guy's Bank just takes your money and uses it for loans and basically makes you wait for your money for whatever time they feel like it. This bank's business practices is disgusting. JPMorgan ought to be ashamed of himself. Ripping off the people like this. I put a check in the bank it was from Wells Fargo they took my customers money immediately out of their bank account which was a $10,000 deposit for a job I was supposed to do and good old JP stepped in there and took my money and held it for 10 days without telling me they kept trying to tell me that they're verifying funds even though my customer checked with their Wells Fargo account and Chase Bank had took the money immediately so they were just holding on to the customer's money which delayed my job 10000 so that way JP can make himself some money additional on some loans. So he took my customers money lied to us hold the money and almost cost me the job.. talk about not being able to work with a small business these people would just robbed you and shut your company write down they don't care they just want your money this is an absolutely disgusting Bank JP Morgan is a piece of garbage don't go here don't use them they are nothing but thieves thieves. How do you think he restructured this Chase Bank in order to get over 60 million dollars more out of it would actually doing nothing more for the customers or building no more infrastructure it was just by taking the money from the customers and holding their money longer taking their checks holding it longer inconvenience in the customer so he can squeeze more loan money out of your hard-earned money in the meantime costing you jobs and stress and all kinds of problems in your financial life. Like I said JPMorgan you ought to be ashamed of yourself just because you got some money doesn't make you a good person. You're still garbage in my eyes and many others. Boycott Chase Bank scrupulous business practices...

My son is recently at the age where he has banking tasks to handle and today he went to the Orange City branch. Basil was at the counter and was super friendly and made the experience a very pleasant "first banking" experience.

Went to bank to give evidence of pins I scam being run out of there bank and reports and the bank manager Nicole Parnell refused to take any evidence of the account or log anything down or check into the claims. She said she wasn’t interested. Wow folks

I had some difficult business to deal with and the expert bankers at this branch were absolutely the best. Yes, banking policies can be difficult to navigate and it's not the fault of the employees. I had to make 3 trips to accomplish one task. Many customers would probably be upset at this, but the employees I worked with explained everything to me and worked to expedite my visits each time and I appreciate their efforts and their professionalism.

Went in to cash a check from a customer that banks with them , and didn’t want to cash it because I don’t bank with them . The manager with short hair said that the system is sending them a message saying they don’t allow them to cash it . I asked them if I went to a different location if they would be able to help me, and they said no that is a whole system thing. I went to a different location to see if what they where saying was true and they cashed it no problem . I honestly think she was profiling me because I’m dark skinned because she looked at me up and down before talking to me and said the only way I’ll be able to cash it if I deposit it with my bank . On my way out I caught them laughing with each other . Couldn’t get a name of the manager but she was short with short hair..

New management is horrible . Worse bank around. ATMs always broken and only 2 outside the bank. I would never recommend this branch until management is different

Worst bank I ever dealt with. Can never get through to anyone. When you do, they are not accommodating. Most times you talk to someone in Asia who is very misinformed. So frustrating.

Worst customer service ever... they judged me on how I looked when I went to cash a check on a chase account. Stay away from this very unprofessional bank.

Both the drive-through and the in bank services are helpful. The environment is clean and clutter free. ATMs inside and outside.
