Everytime I go here in the morning before work, there’s the same younger lady, with dark hair and clear glasses , Always attentive to customers, always asks how my day is going. And made sure I got the right deal that was advertised for the beverages I wanted Just all around good customer service

Jessica with the glasses that was at work at 3:16. Many people want to use self check out to avoid unpleasant people like you, but when they have to get lotto we don't really have a choice. I understand you wanted me to use self check out and I never have a problem with that but I told her I needed lotto. Her attitude changed and she became rude. If you don't wanna do a customer service job and you want to continuously be replaced by robots, then quit.

Everytime I go here in the morning before work, there's the same younger lady. Always ignores customers, doesn't like talking, always seems to be in a miserable mood. I'm going to give this place one more week, if this employee doesn't improve her customer service I'll be taking my business somewhere else. If you do not like your job, quit! Let someone else willing to work have your job!
Very frequent when I come here in the afternoon after work I always see an older gentleman leaning against the food counter eating while the line for the register is going out the door. Extremely disgusting! I bought food here three times, and all three times was extremely hard and I checked the date, it was relabeled! I won't ever be buying food here with disgusting behavior like that. That older gentleman obviously has absolutely NO knowledge on food safety and contamination.
I just feel like the manager here doesn't care what their employees do. I must say though, the place is pretty clean and well stocked.

This is the closest store to me on my way early morning to work! This event from this morning, I will try my best not to use this store anymore!
I’ve had many encounters with the same employee mind you. Unsure of a name as I do not believe she ever has her badge on and if it is it’s flipped over! Dark hair, younger girl. This morning I went to the register, and not an employee in sight. I used self check out and before I used the tap she finally came out, I asked her why was it not doing the special for the beverages I got. She told me enter my number, did that and she looked back on her screen staring at it for about 10 seconds so I went ahead and tapped. My receipt printed and she reached over to grab it from the self check out. She is looking at the receipt staring once again and fails to see me waiting holding line up with 3 people originally behind me when she was no where to be found! I then hold my hand out and let her know I do want my receipt! She was taking a look at charging me full price when I did the special to get them both at the advertised sale price! She does advise me that it didn’t work she still stands and tells me to have a good day.
I’m going to try to call manager for the store, but Google reviews MATTER!

Came here after work to load money on my card and the associate looked stoned out of his mind and couldn’t figure out how to load the card which I’ve done at this location plenty of times. He was telling me to put my card in and it was asking for cash back. Then he said no I can’t do it I said why he said i don’t know. I know nobody wants to work overnights and it sucks but at least get someone functional and capable of simple tasks. 2/3/2024 at 10pm. Dark hair young guy. Take a few less hits so u can perform your job at least ?

First of all as soon as walking in the store it reeked of cigarette smoke never have I walked into an establishment and smell anything like that second it being 1:30 p.m. I stopped for lunch at this gas station I've never gone to pass by it every day of my life and now I know why there was absolutely nothing to munch on whether it was boiled peanuts the burgers they leave in the heated glass cases or even the Nacho's sauce in me nothing was there stocked or working 10 out of 10 I'm going to recommend everybody in Volusia county to skip this gas station as I have for the past 22 years terrible needs to be remanaged ASAP
