Extremely disappointed with this dealership. I bought a car here about four months ago and I'm sitting outside now with my tire lights on. Somebody just pulled out a service and a sales rep. Advised they would not help me or check the air tires. Great job on teaching and looking out for your customers as they sit out here abandoned

Very professional. Cost was explained in detail prior to. Had unforseen issue with brakes and was taken care of by the service manager Aaron.

I had a gash In my 2019 Accord sport with only 22,000 miles, I found the gash and my TPS light kept coming on, so after going to a local tire place they advised me I should get a new new tire. I decided to take it to Honda instead, Mr. Jonathan Rivera processed me in and Mechanic Kat came over and explained to me about better to replace tires in two's or four's and not just one. I chose two new tires vs four because they others still have tread. Jonathan ordered the tires, once they arrived he called me I returned and had them installed, I waited for the work and I was in and out in record time. Both of these employees went above and beyond their call of duty. I love that Kat is lady Mechanic who always had a smile when she greeted me anyways. Both have excellent customer service, I will come back to deal with them, both extremely knowledgeable and pleasant.Services: Wheel alignment

This is a great dealership. I have always used Danny Figueroa as my automotive technician. He always works on my 2008 CRV. He never lets me down. He explains everything simply for me to be able to understand it.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Purchased an accord from here 6 months ago. Was told a price that was higher than the listed price online. Ok, understandable that's how they get you in right. They placed ten hard inquiries to get a loan. I had to return the next day to finish the paperwork as it was taking a great deal of time. When I came back the next day I was met by the finance manager who was flying through all the paper work and fees... typical, a bunch of warranties I did not want or ask for... I recently got a flat tire no biggie except when I popped the trunk I didn't not have a JACK to put the spare on, first inconvenience. Had sensor issues, being it in, there is no cap on the sensor, they put one on and say the sensor is bad it will be $1500 to replace but have to order the part they will call when the part is in. Conveniently the week I waited for the part the sensor worked just find once the cap was placed over it that should have been there when the car was purchased.. I needed a clips for my skid plate as the ones I had came off when I went over a speed bump, was told I would have to purchase a whole new skid plate. Considering my history with them I went to Seminole Honda in Sanford and they gave me the clips and told me the skid plate was fine... read the reviews before dealing with this establishment they have terrible reviews for a reason!

Please be aware when using their coupons. I’ve had brakes done and they wouldn’t honor the service coupon that’s posted on their website. I was told that the repairs for my brakes is not what’s listed on the coupon although I received a complete brake service (new brakes). Also, I wanted to take advantage of the free diagnostic service at another visit and was told by Mark the service writer that the ad was misleading because it’s not a complete diagnostic exam only a quick diagnostic exam that could basically be done at auto zone. Although the coupon said it’s value is up to $100 and their full diagnostic exam is $99. Very misleading.

Do not buy from this dealership!!! I cannot stress this enough as with my car buying experience from them. I recently came in and purchased a Honda civic hatchback which we had agreed on a price both in email and over the phone. The price was out the door, including all fees (or so I thought). I arrived at the dealership and filled out all of the paperwork to start the buying process and everything was going smoothly with my salesman Kenny Silva. About to finish up on everything when I was I was approached by the financing manager and told that I am needing to pay a $636 separate debit card fee in order for them to get the title and plate transferred to North Carolina, where I was moving that week. I was hesitant for sure but was assured MULTIPLE times that I would be fully reimbursed for that fee. So, I signed the paperwork and moved on and then fully realized my mistake. I contact the dealership to discuss the issue of not being able to get the $636 back from the North Carolina DMV as promised and they simply stopped responding to my emails. They stated that since it was signed and processed, nothing else mattered. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

Terrible car shopping experience and a waste of our time. We told the salesman Jessy that yes we would be purchasing today! We test drove a car and he was all “salesman nice” until I told him we needed to discuss price. First he said “what’s to discuss?! Like who’s going to pay msrp in their right mind?!!! Then he wanted all our info for computer and didn’t like it when I told him before we do all that let’s talk price.

Inconsiderate service techs and manager. disrespectful manager belittles your knowledge and tells you " if you want to go to a chop shop your more then welcome to ". Car inspections are full of assumptions they report things that they assume is wrong with your car without proper inspection and lead you to believe that you NEED these expensive repairs . Service manager John is very rude and Admitted to the techs assumptions, refused to make It right . these assumptions made me miss work to get my car repaired by a trusted licensed mechanic and there was nothing wrong with my car .The only positive experience I had was the women that helped me at service named Kelly .
