First time renting a storage and it was a quick and great experience. Ed and his coworker (forgot his name, sorry lol) were extremely helpful. They were super attentive and made the process smooth. Great rates too!!

They closed out my unit with no notification or communication. And it was paid in full. They trashed my Cannondale bike parts and wouldn't refund the rest of my month, even though they rented the unit.
Also my 2nd unit's rate was increased by 20% after just 3 months...
Terrible service and experience? Wouldn't recommend this location anyone, not will I use it going forward.

Never again! Not only did i not have any lights or temperature controlled storage. I couldn’t even get a hand truck to move my things because “ people kept stealing them”but i could make a $400 donation to get more of them. This place is horribly run. They send to get their electricians from China maybe because i kept getting the same response from everyone for 3 weeks. They NEVER offered to move me or try to make things right either. I would give it 0 stars if i could.

I had an excellent experience with this storage facility at Orange City. The customer service was outstanding from the very beginning. I want to especially thank Ed, who was professional, kind, and very helpful throughout the entire rental process. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I got exactly what I needed. It’s a relief to find a place where the staff truly cares about their customers. Thank you, Ed, for making everything so easy!

Amazing customer service just when I thought I had the right storage unit. The one that I picked out originally was going to be too small and the one shown to me was perfect!! I really appreciated a walk-through of the unit before purchasing. It would absolutely recommend them to anybody needing a unit!!

All my clothes were damaged from their leaking rood , basically told me theres nothing they could do for me , the guy at the counter tried to help but it made no difference all my things were damaged . Save your money go somewhere else
