This is the worst service than any CVS I've ever been to. It's not my first time here but the service has never had an "off" day. It's always this way. There was one person ahead of me and instead of serving the customers in the store, they had one lady working with the drive through. It took over ten minutes for them to serve the line inside. I will definitely redirect my prescriptions. My home store is definitely not like this one. They have no cashiers and no in store help. It's only good for self service checkout. Not sure if no one wants to work or why it is not adequately staffed.

Mintue Clinic Review: After making an online appt for my father here are some things worth sharing. 1. Expect to wait. An appointment means nothing apparently. Waited over 40mins to be seen. 2. The lunch hours posted we're not followed.

Every time I go to pick up my child's prescriptions here they are never ready, they don't have the medication in stock, and when they deliver that information they aren't compassionate or understanding they are rude and cold. I understand they are stressed and doing the best they can, but as a mother that's also stressed trying to get their child's prescriptions, they could deliver so much better customer service. If it wasn't for my child's insurance I'd be switching to Walgreens or a private owned pharmacy ASAP.
