Had cc on file last year. Why can't it be kept on file this year. It was for my medication without having card every time my son has to pick up medication, I'm not able to get out most of time

1 star for always having a third party charity or outreach at the entrance harassing the shoppers. The store and actual CVS employees are a solid are 5 stars.
