Dollar General is a great neighborhood store with great prices and fresh, fairly priced produce. It is a busy store where customers stop by regularly. The staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful, always happy to assist and answer questions to give customers the best experience. They are willing to open a register to get the line moving. However, the store can sometimes be not very professional. The self checkout does not always work, leading to a wait, and there can be issues with phone service. On occasion, mistakes are made that can waste a customer's time, requiring a return to the store. Overall, it is a store that makes many feel right at home and grateful to have as a go-to for everything.
Please look into this ASAP. I am a customer who came in to get ice a few weeks back and was told the bathrooms were out of service when I asked why there were angry customers leaving. The girl working there tonight was very incompetent and doesn’t know what she is doing Normally the staff is very good and knowledgeable but not tonight.

As always too much over stock staged in very small isles. But staff was helpful, and polite.
