First, they open at 830a, not 8a (google). Once there, staff was ridiculously unhelpful and rude and refused to ship a package with gel ice packs. Whats the point of a shipping service if they won't ship? Ended up going to a local pack and ship with no issues.

I am very displeased with Fed Ex. One of their careless workers, DAYAN DELGADO PEREZ, hit my vehicle and upon calling Fed Ex customer service to file a claim I was aimlessly transferred from representative to representative. I was given different numbers to call each attempt I made to reach someone. Since when is it acceptable for representatives to hang up on callers? I have yet to hear back from Fed Ex and I intend on leaving a complaint and/or emailing a corporate location to get some assistance. This is very disappointing. If any support staff see this message, please reach out to me with contact information!
