Firestone had a fair price on the internet for four new tires. I made an appointment to have them installed. When I arrived I was told they had to open the hood and do a complete engine check. I asked if they could leave the hood down and just change the tires. I was told thats not an option, the man said he could lose is job if he did'nt check my engine. I walked away. Some advise: If anyone wants to get under your hood when you only want some other job done, don't walk away, run away! I worked in auto care 50 years ago and that was the first trick I was taught; look for other problems (customer service) and if there aren't any make one; job security.

Its 02/12/24 and we have not had a resolution on our claim. Last person we spoke with David over a week ago said that a claim was going to be made and wait for a call, still nothing we called him back today and he hung up the phone. We need a resolution, the mental stress of this experience, I have to add the road damage having neighbors asking because it leads to our house. I will not back down!!!! to make this even worse, that same day we had other car oil/air filter changed that also was done incorrect. The airbox was left open making a terrible noise when I drove to work and had to also waste my time and come back. Initial review: On 1.6.24 I had my oil changed at Firestone. I dropped off the car thinking it would give them the day to work on it, but they called me within one hour to say the work was complete. I drove to work on 1.9.23 and the car engine began to shake and codes on my dash were popping up that the oil pressure was low. The car shut off while I was driving, I was able to get it to a safe location. I checked the oil dip stick, and it was bone dry. I had to get a tow truck to take me to Firestone where they inspected the car and found that it was a “defective oil filter and they did a diagnosis on my car”. I missed work and the oil dripped all over my driveway, looks terrible. They rushed my car and probably destroyed it. I have 2 quotes for the pressure washing and both have told me there is no way to get the oil out, only lighten from the concrete. Waiting for a RESOLUTION

The detailed inspections and the pride they all take in their work. Kenny, and Salvador were great. Will be back. Wish there was a payment plan for loyal customers not just card members. The only reason why it has a 3, they treat card members much better, even though I've never been anywhere else besides Firestone.

I took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told about some major safety concerns about my truck. They showed me that my sway bar was not attached at either side my tie rod ends were bad and my front left wheel bearing was bad and my tire was wabling really bad. I am grateful that I was told about this and was able to get it fixed the same day, as my daughter gets her driver's permit this Friday. I had this truck in another shop for something else and nothing was said about the problems I had with the front end.

Appreciate them being open on New Year's Day so I will start with the positive. Needed one tire for my company truck because I caught a piece of metal in the tire. Made it real easy for them and just dropped off the tire/ rim itself. Came back two hours later and they for sure let it slip through the cracks. Waited this time and it was done in minutes. Service advisors just need more focus.

Had a VERY good experience with Firestone. I went in on Friday for a set of new tires, Brad set up my appointment for Sunday ? at 10 am and by early afternoon I was driving out with my new wheels ?. The car handles like a DREAM, so much better, I am very happy with my new tires and the great service I received.

I have spent a lot of money here and am very unsatisfied .. I asked the tech when he was changing the tires if he could put the best one of the old tires onto the spare underneath, he said yes. Come to find out a week later I look in my truck bed and he just threw it in the back .. what am I supposed to do with this? It has become an issue to dispose of ..Also, more than once I’ve been in here multiple techs give me a LONG list of what is ‘wrong’ with my truck and then my boyfriend arrives and all of a sudden there is nothing wrong with my truck and the bill is cut in half .. Why did the bill change when he arrived? I feel ripped off and unvalued as a customer ..

Ran over a nail and the tire went flat. I drove the car to Firestone, and within 30 minutes, they had the entire job perfectly done. And because I get bored sitting in waiting rooms, I decided to stand outside and watch the mechanic do the work on my car, and he did a fine job! As an added bonus they didn’t even attempt to upsell me on any extra maintenance, just let me pay for my new tire and leave! I will happily return if I ever pick up another nail on the road.
