My wife and I have been steady customers of the Orange City FL location for over a decade. Until yesterday when the employee loading bags of dirt into customers cars became rude, confrontational and down right aggressive over 3 half dead plants that were already in the trash. I'd been given permission to take plants from there on numerous occasions. To the point of telling me to get off of "HIS" property. So I went inside and stopped my wife from buying the over $200 purchase she was to pay for. Congratulations Home Depot. You just lost 2 loyal shoppers

I've worked as a contractor for over 20 years, and I must say that Home Depot's customer service, especially Rosa's, was exceptional. Despite being swamped with customers, Rosa remained calm and efficient, ensuring everyone left satisfied. She explained rental rules clearly, and when I returned to reset my rental, she expedited the process. Rosa's constant smile and quick assistance made my visit pleasant. I highly recommend Home Depot, thanks to Rosa's outstanding service.

Can't believe I said that but they had all of the sheet goods I was looking for, prices up 10% ish from a couple years ago, cashier was very nice to discount the broken corner on the plywood, I'd not been trading with them for awhile due to logistics but was pleasantly surprised.

A Home Depot that doesn't sell Pex b wtf walked around for 15 minutes looking for Pex b no one on site near plumbing and when I finally ran into someone they don't know what it is found Simone else 10 minutes later only to tell me they don't carry Pex b how is that possible 30 minutes for me to find out I Pex b come on HD do better maybe have a sign outside or something the employee told me someone asks everyday

Listen, the gentleman that came to give us a qoute for a new AC unit was very friendly and polite. Then only reason why I’m leaving a one star review is to save someone from having to have one of their employees sit at your house for 3 hours and not leave until you say yes to buying their $13,500 AC unit and installation. He tried offering us a discount but it was still $12,000. He arrived to our home at 5PM and left at 8PM. Wouldn’t tell us the price until we were close to the 3 hour mark and when my fiancé kept saying “I’m going to talk this over with my partner and father” he would not take no for answer! not to mention the whole time he was talking was because he had stories for everything! One hour is fine, i know you need time to sell your product and explore options but THREE HOURS? would not recommend. The AC unit we needed was $2,000 at lowes. Being pressured into signing a contract for 10 years was not what we needed on a friday night. Again, he was friendly but management should keep their employees from pestering potential clients.

Wonderful service! Needed a unique adapter in the electrical department. Called ahead and spoke to Thomas so I didn't make a useless trip. Thomas had the parts waiting for me when I arrived. I was so grateful as he saved me so much time. Besides Thomas' great customer service, I had numerous employees asking me if I needed help. Great Home Depot!!!!

Ordered a Garage Door it took three months to get the garage door. They came out to install it and did not complete the job said they had to contact the manufacturer the door wasn't working right. Three weeks later still not fixed, I fixed the door myself. Will not have Home Depot to do a job around my house again.

Big THANKS to Justin by the customer lumber help section. He assisted me with the home depot app. He asked if I was in need of help and gave me guidance to complete the process. This is the service anyone become convinced to continue to do business with HomeDepot. Justin is a truly talented servant soul, that any company will use as a customer management trainer. I applied to get approved for a military discount at Home Depot on line. After I had been verified, I found out I would need a smartphone to download an app, and scan a QR code. When I called HQ, they told me I just had to go into my local H D store and they would be HAPPY to resolve the issue. They could link my discount to my phone number. I went in, and customer service girl was totally clueless. She called mgr. He said I had to buy smartphone to shop in store and get a discount. NOT HAPPY FORMER CUSTOMER. I'll just have to shop at Lowe's I'm not buying a smartphone.
