Francis was very professional. The guy before me was scary, thought we’d have to call the police he was yelling and cussing. She was able to handle him and kept her cool. Besides being a great lab tech she was able to gain control over the guy and get him to calm down.

It is a very good doctor office for your blood work and very friendly and very respectful customer service and staff. 😀
