Well, once you get there you ll feel totally disoriented. The staff rarely talk or interact with you. If you make a mistake, the situation becomes much more complicated. There is no atmosphere that invites you to be there. The process is very slow.

Nobody should go there. This place is absolute trash. Rude staff, unprofessional and no customer service skills. Kiosk check in is filthy. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Worst labcorp in the world.

This seems to be one of the busiest LabCorp I have been to. And it is pretty much ran by two fantastic women. They are always friendly, helpful, and always moving. It is amazing to see this many people come through and they handle each patient quickly and with kindness. I am very happy with the staff who run this LabCorp.

It is the worst labcorp in the entire state of Florida and probably in the country, the staff is useless, they have the worst customer service, the woman who serves you, treats you in a bad way, has a bad attitude, has no manners, is racist, treats people as if they were dogs, if she doesn't want to deal with Hispanics, she should get under a rock, she was throwing things, saying unpleasant things, saying humiliating things to the client, all of them are paid to treat the clients well who come to take their service, not to mistreat or humiliate people, it is sad that there are people like this, and places with people of such low level, they should either change the staff or close the place, because it is the worst service to the customer of the world. I do not recommend the place because of the bad service it has.

I don't like the lack if interaction until you are behind the door. Confusion and simple mistakes add up to a bad day. This one ladyvin the waiting room before me went up to the counter, after getting signed in at 9:20 she questioned her 9:45 appointment at 9:50 she was told she was at the wrong location. Other then that the pads are destroyed, several parts of the key board were malfunctioning and not working at all. No sanitary wipes available for use of pads.
The nurse was pretty cool, that is all.

Went in on a Saturday without an appointment. Its was packed. I Arrived at 7:58am and was out by 8:30am . The front desk receptionist checked me in, and she was wonderful and very nice to everyone that she checked in. Once called to the back, my phlebotomist was just as warming and kind. She made me feel comfortable and took my blood without any issues. Their customer service was awesome, and their timing was fast. They had everyone in and out asap! Would definitely come back for any other lab work in the future.

Extremely rude staff. I understand being short staffed but treating the elderly poorly is just unexceptionable. Never coming back here again.

I would not recommend this location. It is a depressing environment with staff that leave alot to be desired. Miserable staff to be honest. There are other lab locations that are a day-to-night difference compared to this location.

Good morning. Today I took my husband to the Orange City office, which was not pleasant at all since we arrived from the receptionist and the technicians. I had a discussion with the technician Acklima. I don't know if it's her name. I asked for it at the reception because I want to report the insider. It was not professional at all. When I asked my husband for information, I was translating for him and said woman took such an unprofessional attitude and I thought it was racist because she started shaking her head and her face said everything. I got angry and I told her why towards that and that I was answering because he was a disabled person and I told him that I was going to report it and he started laughing and told me to do it and he told me that she was not going to attend to him and he left the room. Then came the Hispanic woman with the same attitude but then she changed and told us that that was Mrs. Acklima's way of speaking, which I, very angry, refuted that that was not professional at all and that they cannot discriminate based on language. She tried to cover it up and try to calm me down. Lab corp has to take action in this office because seeing all the bad comments for the last 3 years it doesn't look good. I've been to Deland, Lake Mary, Winter Park, the same with my husband and not a moment had passed. so unpleasant. Get serious. I hope the manager of this office contacts me.

I used to like comm to this location no longer the last two visits have been horrible front desk staff is rude and does not listen. The phlebotomist was rushed, unfriendly, and just completely indifferent.

This place is disgusting. Go to the one at Walgreens if you can't go to QUEST you may get more decent people there.

I had the best experience at this location. I walked right in and was out in less than 10 min. This was the second time coming here and both visits were like this! The staff are friendly and quick.
