I had the best experience at this location. I walked right in and was out in less than 10 min. This was the second time coming here and both visits were like this! The staff are friendly and quick.

My husband went in for bloodwork this morning and the tech comes in with an envelope.Tech: know what this is?Me: no, what is it?Tech: it’s a stool sampleMe: ok, do I take it here or mail it in somewhereTech: the instructions are in the envelopeOk…she didn’t look at me, didn’t smile, failed to do anything except the bare minimum. It’s not my fault she hates her job, but it is LabCorp’s responsibility to hire people that work well with others. Instead, they don’t give a flip about their two-star review on Google. We don’t have a choice on where to go, but my suggestion is to shower these people with excessive kindness even when they don’t respond or choose to respond rudely. They hate that.

This place is horrible! Absolutely no customer service at all. The girl at the window calls your name so quietly that you can't hear. Then when you ask what she said, she has an attitude. The girl taking your blood is very rude, acts like she doesn't want to be there. If you ask a question, she's very short with you. These people working here seriously need to learn some skills in kindness and customer service. I definitely wouldn't want to take my elderly parents or grandparents there, because these people have no compassion. I sat and watched how they treated several people.

The staff at this particular location Is rude uncompassionate to elderly and Disabled persons and veterans. I being in the medical field myself understand how you can be short staffed, but being in healthcare You need compassion and empathy 101. I will never use this location again. I myself had to allow a disabled person use my phone to call his ride service helped a blind veteran with the kiosk. It was an awful experience.

Update: changed 2 star to one star as i was typing this a trashy couple came in with their nasty beagle...yea, that should be allowed. Sat right behind me.Multiple visits. Hit or miss with waits. Long waits and ignorant staff, especially the front desk, that misread simple things and names and claims she said that when you correct her she'llsay, "same thing". Maybe she has dyslexiaand shes upset about it.Place feels dirty and sleazy, like most of the people I see come through, and the staff in here. No way to know your place in line like at quest their monitor never is working or on in the waiting room.

Front desk lady is beyond rude just asked a simple question and she replied with a horrible. If employees don’t like the job they should probably get a new one.

I've been going here WEEKLY for the last 6 MONTHS for drug screenings required by my job. I have NEVER had an issue until today. NIKKI is the most unprofessional staff member I have ever dealt with, and her behavior is disgusting. I do not trust her collecting my specimens, nor should anyone else, after what I witnessed from her this morning. To be continued...

Can't give less than 1 star therefore, 1 star is the most they will get.My elderly parents went to get their blood drawn along with my elderly down syndrome family member and they were treated disrespectful and staff was extremely rude. My parents have a strong accent as english is not their first language, and the staff at this office would cut them off anytime my parents tried to speak or ask a question. Not to mention, the results are never sent to the Doctors office.FYI: My parents advised this started happening since the begining of this year as in previous years they had always gone to Labcorp for to get their bloodwork. The current staff needs an extreme Customer Service course and to be trained on patient bedside manners.

Even though I had an appointment but their system treated me as walk-in and I have been waiting here for 45 mins for mere fingerprinting. They don't value your time.

I brought my very anxious daughter here for blood work and I have never been more impressed with any plebotomist as I was today. As a mom of four children who get blood work often, I've been through this process so many times. Acklima and Signia were quick, efficient, gentle, kind, accurate, reassuring, caring.. I could honestly go on. I am so impressed. I traveled 45 minutes to come here as it was the only LabCorp open on a Saturday. I will make the trip everytime my oldest needs lab work. Thank you ladies, so much!!! You are so appreciated!!

This the worst place I have ever been to in my 60 years of life. What is wrong with this place? I should have read the reviews first and not wasted my time. I walked out after an hour. Don't waste your time going here.

It’s no wonder why this company has the worst reviews . They should probably think about closing down . There employees are not happy and they are some of the rudest people we have come across . We walk in my wife starts the conversation about the hurricane idalia coming and they come out say we hope it hits here so we don’t have to be here . Then my wife replies and says we’ll you’re not going to have any electricity , the employees reply is I’d rather have no electricity at home and still not be here helping customers . If you don’t like your job then quit . Because your attitude affects others around you . It’s time to get rid of the bad apple before the whole bunch goes bad . Oh and then there’s a bill the insurance did not pay and we were not aware That they had not but they made it a point to let the whole waiting room know what was going on with it instead of pulling us aside and talking privately about the issue at hand . You should be ashamed of yourself calling yourself a medical professional dealing with customers the way you act .
