Nail tech seemed decent. Got a mani dipped. The results were okay for the price. The only thing that bothered me was the guy used his own finger nail to push my cuticle back instead of using a tool. That was pretty disgusting, unsanitary.

I have went to Lee nails for over 10 years. I have never been to another nail salon in those 10 years. Recently I noticed some white marks on my toes nails and come to find out it is a fungus. They are not cleaning things properly. I used to have beautiful feet and now my toenails are all messed up. I hate to write a bad review on them but now my toenails are ruined because of their unsanitary ways.

Terrible experience! Only 2 nail tachs on a Saturday (one for nails and one for pedicures) the tech that did my nails couldn’t do the design I asked for because it was “too hard” it looked pretty simple to me lol and the tech that did my pedicure used the wrong type of polish (regular, not gel) and got pissed off when I asked her about it. She talked to me very rude and nasty and was throwing the cotton balls everywhere that she used to remove to polish to paint my nails over with the gel all while raising her voice at me for her mistake. I should have left without paying! I will never return!

I have never in my life experienced such disrespect and unprofessionlism.
I was in the shopping plaza running errands and decided at the last minute to get my nails done since it was conveniently located. Since it was last minute, I did not get a chance to read any reviews...big mistake.
I will say that the service started out decent in the beginning. As soon as I walked in, I asked for a gel mani and pedi and they were able to seat me right away for the pedi. The nail technician was a young lady and did a great job on my toes. But everything went downhill when it came to my mani. More customers started to walk in at that point and in my opinion the nail technician started to feel rushed. She took a short cut and did not use the cuticle softener which caused mild discomfort but it was tolerable. After clipping and filing she instructed me to wash my hands. I did and returned back to the chair at which point I noticed my finger was bleeding around the cuticle so I got back up to wash it thoroughly. At this point she proceeded to shout at me with an attitude "Don't use soap! Don't use soap!"... I told her I was bleeding and that shut her up.
I was going to let her finish my nails until she raised her voice at me and gave me an attitude. After that I quickly told her I'm done and no longer want the mani. She continued with the attitude and offered to put the green antiseptic on my finger but I was already pissed off and ready to leave. She tried to charge me full price for the mani, TRIED TO SNATCH MY CREDIT CARD OUT OF MY HAND, AND tried to blame me for cutting my own cuticle when another nail tech was checking out my finger!!!! I looked at her in disbelief and said why would I do this to myself??
What a disappointment. Please don't waste your time and money.

I really appreciated how Lee did my nails. At first I didn't like the glitter but he removed it and did over my nails. I am very appreciative of that because most people would have complained about it. I really like my nails. But on the other hand I paid 70 for my feet and the lady was done in 30 minutes. I paid for the callous removal, massage, the whole treatment and I was disappointed when I walked outside and my feet looked very ashy like I did not just get them done. I will try the business again but with a different person for my pedicure. Very disappointed.
Cleanliness: Very clean and friendly atmosphere.

Worst place. Went there 2 days in a row for service. Both days was told can you come back? What kind of business operates like this.. I guess they don't want peoples hard earned money.

Didn't want to change the color after I told him I didn't like it. Got yelled at and harassed wanted to get colored changed and told me I had to pay $20 more dollars. Called the cops lied about the situation afer i told him I was a minor and keept yelling didn't let me speak supper disrespectful and unprofessional. Don't recommend this place at all.
