The nurse that took care of my son today needs to get a new profession. She has no bedside manner what so ever and had no business seeing kids. I felt very uncomfortable the entire time. It was clear we were inconveniencing her just by being there and she never once made any eye contact with us or even spoke to my son. She didn’t give any advice on how to treat my son’s symptoms and just prescribed antibiotics even though she couldn’t see into his ear. I would not recommend this location as long as this NP, Margaret is there.

The nurse that took care of my 6 yr old grand daughter clearly doesn't know what she's doing. She went in with pain in her ear and was told she had an outer ear infection and given drops. 3 days later she waking at night crying and with a fever and in horrible pain. Went to her REAL Dr and found out she has a HORRIBLE ear infection in 1 ear and a blister, in the other ear which hurts 10x's more then a regular infection. Gonna report this nurse. Big time!!

The clinic will make it seem like they are helping you and spend your money. Then when it comes to follow through they drop the ball. Zero support, attitudes, failure to set up Rx

Flu shots are $40 at Walmart, Publix and Walgreens. If a company wants to charge more, let them. Minuteclinic, however, hides the prices in the multi page check-in procedure ($44 vaccine, listed discretely, a $26 "injection fee"). Customer service is unwilling to listen to or act on complaints about the hidden dishonesty. Flu shots here, $70. Now you can choose without the dishonest price obscurations and poor customer service. Just publish the price and let the public decide.

My daughter woke up this morning with a really bad earache. After going to two other urgent care centers that ended up being closed because of 4th of July, I remembered the Minute Clinic and took a chance. We got there at 12:43. The nurse turned us away saying they stop taking patients at 12:40. IT WAS 12:43!!!!!!!! My daughter was standing there, in pain, and she turned us away! Shameful! Oh, and the hours in the website said 9:00 - 1:00!

Very disappointed in doctor Gossman. Used them several times with no problems before but today the doctor would not write me a script, Didn't hesitate to take my hundred dollars for co pay but refused to write me a prescription. Felt the flu or cold coming on hurt to swallow, pressure in my head, so requested an antibiotic to help before it got full blown but was told no, I will never go there again at least as long as she's there

If I could give less stars I would . Usually the nurses are great . But nena , the nurse on duty this morning was awfully rude and subjective . Making an unnecessary comment which made me feel like she wouldn't help me simply because of how she personally felt about me . Left and will be traveling MILES for another doctor , because this one was just . That . Useless.
