HORRIBLE SERVICE. HAVE DAMAGED GATE TWICE AND WON'T TAKE RESPSONSIBLITY. GUYS TRY TO EMPTY THE DUMPSTER WITHOUT OPENING THE GATE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE IN ORANGE CITY FL. THE CITY NEEDS TO CATCH A CLUE AND CONTRACT WITH A NEW COMPANY.

Terrible service, limited response. They don't even pick up trash on the scheduled day for an entire neighborhood and only put in your address to "remedy" the mistake. Work orders are to be completed as soon as possible, not a week later during regular service!
