if I could give this place less than 1 star, I would. BUYER BEWARE!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE!I paid off the balance of my truck. Once they received the payment, their accountant (I believe her name is Angela), confirmed receipt of the payment and said she was going to mail the 2nd key that they were holding on to until we paid off the loan. On December 27th, I received the envelope, and to my horror the envelope was flat and I noticed that there was a clean slit at the bottom of the envelope. They mailed my key in a regular letter envelope without any security measures. Anyone would have been able to tell that there was a key in the envelope, especially since their company name was listed as the return address. I was frantic because not only did someone have my key, but they also have my address and could come to my home at any time and steal my truck. I sent an email to them that evening and also called Jesse, my salesperson. I spoke to Jesse and explained the situation as well as sent pictures of how the envelope arrived. He admitted that it was negligent of the company to have mailed the key that way and that they have been unhappy with the accountant for making many mistakes. He then told me that he will call back after he tried to get a hold of Angela and Tony (the owner). He called back after speaking with the owner and the owner claimed that it wasn't their fault once it left their hands and that it is the fault of the postal service. Jesse, kept apologizing because he understood that the accountant was negligent in securing the key, he even mentioned that he could have dropped it off at my home since he knew where I lived and didn't live too far. That evening, I went driving around looking to find a steering wheel lock in hopes that it would deter someone from stealing my truck. I bought it at WalMart for $20 and also paid a key technician $130 to reprogram my truck and issue me new keys. I am also asking to be reimbursed for their random $100 additional charge that he made up because I didn't pay my loan off on time. If they already charged me for late fees, then why does he get to add $100 just because he feels like it? It would have only cost them under $20 to put the key in a secured bubble-lined envelope and pay for tracking and/or sign-on delivery. They have been negligent with other issues, but was willing to let that go when I finally thought I was done with them. They have mishandled my account concerning late fees and blamed it on their system. Outside of Jesse, they are VERY unprofessional! There are too many dealerships to deal with such bad service and a shady business owner.

Purchased a decent suv a kia 2012 last year for 8 grand. The sales man was great. Next day noticed. Horn didn't work tires were going out. Wind shield wipers were missing. Front lights did not work. I was a fool. But I need the vehicle the owner would not help me since was buy as is. Spent 2 grand more on repairs. Now a year later. They are saying I owe them 8 grand because they can't keep track of there accounting when I owe 1200. Even though last month said I owe 4grand. And I've made extra payments. . Negative stars here. Besides for the one good guy there

My daughter purchased a car here after her car was totalled. I unfortunately could not go with her and she ended up with an absolute lemon! It broke down the 1st week and has broken down 4 times total in 1 year. Already on the 3rd fuel pump assembly and nobody can figure out why we keep pouring money into this lemon. Not to mention battery died after couple days, oil on spark plugs and coils as well as various blown fuses. They took advantage of some young people and I don't recommend purchasing here unless you are a mechanic and can check everything before signing.

My rating is not so kind. Here is an account of my experienceI was looking for a replacement car. Found a DEAL, got bank financing in place. The sales person took me out yesterday(4/5/23) and I had to go to the bank to sign some more documents. I had a Bill of Sale from the dealer. That he conveniently "forgot" to sign. I now believe it was because he had another buyer on line Then yesterday afternoon had to go get my Prius out of the shop. They NEVER asked for deposit or anything from me. OK It was a done deal. The bank had sent all my documentation to them showing loan approval yesterday. But I was too late getting back last night with the Prius (that was in shop near daytona). The sales person called me when I was driving back in evening. and I told him I would be there first thing in the morning. He was a little hesitant but said ok. So next day (today at 10AM) I needed to stop at the bank, and then go pick up the car. On my way to pick up the car today I get a call (and the sales person had told me about this person and I even saw him tell them the car was sold) So they tell me, as I am on my way to pick up the car, that they sold it to the other person because they agreed to a higher price. And that the person who brings a deposit wins!!! I told them I had the deposit money yesterday, but was never told it was a requirement. Even after telling this other party the car was sold!!! The business name is Friendly Way motors in orange city. Heed my experience before considering buying anything there...

Visited Friendly Way Motors on New Year's eve. We were in a bind trying to replace a car after insurance totaled our old one out. We ultimately purchased our vehicle elsewhere but I wanted to take the time to say Jessie was quite helpful over the phone and provided a welcoming, no-pressure experience when we visited the lot.

You wouldn’t even get a one star from me!!!! I’m just now getting around to making this. I ended up getting a 2009 Cadillac from them. Didn’t have it for no more than 2 months and the motor went. Plus the sun roof had a major leak and the car had major water damage on the inside. Sam the owner didn’t want to help me when I called to let them know the issues. They said their mechanic would help me out but called and called their mechanic and he never responded back!! I had to take it to an actual mechanic and when they ripped open the engine to find the problem they said the dealership put wood chips into the transmission to cut down on the knocking sound and it eventually started! Mechanics wanted over 5k to fix and again tried to reach out to Sam the owner but they blew me off. So I told them to come pick up the caddy how it was! They will rip you off left and right! Only person who was ever helpful in their was the secretary lady name Silvia I believe is her name! When you have a problem they do not give a f’k about ya. If you have zero to no credit don’t settle. Please stay far away never do business here this is y’all’s WARNING!!!!

Best experience I’ve had in years when trying to find a used car that’s dependable & in my price range. They explained all the details & everyone at the business treated me with kindness & respect. Their inventory was by far the best I’ve seen, they offered buy here pay here options, handled any questions or concerns professionally & efficiently. I will be recommending Friendly Way to my friends & family.

Friendly way motors is an excellent or should I say the best car dealership in Florida, the other car dealership's are a rip-off, as a motorist for over 12 years owning vehicles I have never came across such an awesome dealership. The lady at the front desk Ms. Silvana is very professional as is recommended by me to known her for the service I received as a trust and honest, genuine, respectable individual I can count on her, she's very helpful and so because of that I'm happy & elated to be a customer @ Friendly way Motors, there vehicles are properly maintained and they don't sell ragidy old vehicles that as soon as you drive out the parking it's broke. She made the process easy as 1,2,3. Even when it seems difficult that you can't own a vehicle she made my dream came through & almost 2 years & my vehicle is still in good working condition. Friendly way motors where genuine vehicles are located

Sil and Jesse made the experience way less stressful. Sil understands the pressures of life and helps as she is able to. These people are just real and have nothing to hide.
