I've have 2 charges on my account. I'm unable to dispute them because there are still pending. Also, I couldn't speak with customer service during the weekend because it was too late. I liked PNC but I'm thinking of going somewhere else.

Tried to open an account but couldn’t because I was too early for an appointment. When most other banks are allowing people to enter their lobby without a scheduled appointment, PNC chooses to turn business away. I don’t see this bank lasting very long. Poor business practices, I just went to Wells Fargo and they didn’t turn me away!

My wife and I had to deal with some frustrating mortgage concerns the day after my mother-in-law's passing, so feelings were "raw." Keith was both kind and compassionate. He's stayed in touch throughout the week and gave me confidence that it would work out correctly. Thank you, Keith!

I arrived at the drive thru to set up a wire transfer at 2:45, as I was told this did not require an appointment and could be handled through the drive thru. The teller seemed confused and directed me to the front parking lot to wait for her manager to be back from lunch. I waited patiently until 3:30 before calling the WP Ball Blvd branch. Speaking with the Sanford branch they didn’t have a clue as to why my service wasn’t taken care of at the drive thru. Long story short I drove the 15 minutes to the Sanford location and completed my wire transfer in less than 10 minutes. Thank you so much much Shelly! I will not be back to the Orange City branch.

If there was a way to give no stars I would... The branch in Orange city is discriminatory and there is no way to deny it. My father’s caretaker has been cashing the same check for six years and up until six months ago there was no issue. We have done everything asked as well as taking a man with dementia out in order to cash his check each month. The funny thing is we went to another branch and were treated with respect and given no issue... Please explain to me how this is not discriminatory!

If it was possible to give less than one star I would. My father is a disabled veteran who has a 24 hour care taker . she has been taking care of him for six years. For the last few months they have gotten nothing but problems cashing a check written from his account. The manager Shannon failed to communicate properly what the issue is and instead comes up with something different every month in order to give them a hard time. In my opinion it is a personality clash with the caregiver or straight up discrimination because they can go to any other branch and be treated with respect. PNC as a company is phenomenal it is just a shame that this one branch brings down what they are trying to represent.

Teller at drive through stole deposit money and store cameras didn't see it happen but refuse to show tape. Avoid at all costs!

Been there twice MONTHS apart and had the same issue of not being able to get my debit card printed for my name change. Then was told that we must be bad luck since it hasn't happened in the last “month†the new guy has been working... don't appreciate being called bad luck when their machine malfunctions! Really has me considering switching banks so I'm not such a burden. Smh
