There was a disconnect between what we bought at Ross, and what made it to our car. We left our cat's new scratch pads. The manager held it in the back. My wife called 3 days later and the manager knew what items we were talking about. We went to Ross and the manager made my 2 cats very happy. If the cats are happy, Mommy is happy, and I get peace, everybody wins

Don't shop here, their card reader has a skimmer and the store said they "checked" it with their skimmer checker but it didn't pass the test, yet they said the machine was fine. I mentioned to the cash register guy that the machine looked suspicious and he said that it was maybe a cover. A few days later I got a suspicious charge on my card... just save yourself the trouble and don't shop here.

William is top tier for his professionalism, friendliness and helpful attitude. I purchased a few items but was on the fence about the necklace and watches. He didn’t get impatient while showing me the jewelry and the MK watch I left with is my favorite! Thanks for your exceptional customer service!
