Brian did my gel nails and if I could give 6 stars, I would! I've come here for pedicures for years ~ the gel nails was a first. I highly recommend this salon!

Thuy was an amazing tech I had to bring my little one and she was super accommodating with us. She also does amazing waxing services! I’ve been coming here for years and had had every one of there staff and have nothing but exceptional service. Overall the atmosphere is calm, always a movie playing, refreshments offered, 10/10 recommend

I recently moved to this area and needed to find a new nail technician, and I guess third time's the charm. The first time I went there I was lucky enough to get Brian as my technician and he is great! I went back about a month later and he remembered me. They have lots of colors of dip and gel. The pedicure chairs where very comfortable. I'm glad I found my go to place for nails!

When I walked on nobody even greeted me. They seem not so pleasant and maybe tired looking. They said they don't have any openings but clearly says walk inside welcome.

Love Ruby! They do such a great job I drive 25 mins just for this salon. Just got my Easter Egg colored gel nails and I'm obsessed 😍 they're so pretty and exactly what I was looking for! Plus the gel from here lasts forever. They play movies for entertainment and the atmosphere is relaxing. Equipment clean and staff friendly. Love it!

I love Ruby's Nails & Spa. Thuy always does my manis and pedis. I have small, thin nail beds. In the past people have knicked my fingers many times and sanded (probably not the right word but, you get the idea) through my nail beds. Thuy is very mindful and doesn't do either. It's finally a fun relaxing experience to have my nails done. I use the dipped method on my nails and love it. No more chipped nails for me. My SIL and I go together, Lily does her manis and pedis, she does a great job as well. We laugh and have a good time with Thuy and Lily while we're there. I highly recommend Ruby's for you're manis and pedis. Tell them Linda says hello!
Cleanliness: Everytime I've been in Ruby's it has been clean. This includes the basins for the pedis. The tools used are individually wrapped and opened in front of you. The tables each manicurist has is clean and organized. Even the bathroom is clean.

Salon was closed and there were no signs or posts saying why? This was at 4:30 PM on a Sunday, when they close at 6 PM.?

My daughter and I went yesterday. My daughter told the tech the length that she wanted and he told her it would be extra but then he kept filling them down and made them way shorter. She decided to just run with it.
After getting home, she was more and more upset about the length. We grabbed one of their brochures before leaving and on the back it states "We DO NOT offer refunds on services, if you are not satisfied, please contact us within 3 days and we will re-do the service at no extra cost." So we called and told them our concerns THE SAME DAY.
We were told to go in the following day at a specific time. We were told that she would be getting a brand new set with the length that she wanted and they would fix mine as well, no charge. (Also as per their policy) We show up and they start arguing with us. The tech that did her nails called her a liar. And then Tom, Thuey, and her nail tech all said that they could take her set off and redo them but then they would CHARGE to do so...
They refused to do anything besides replace the one nail that came off in under 6 hours.
And then when the tech was fixing her one nail that came off he was very rude when he talked to her by was very polite when he was talking to the lady next to her.

I went to get my nails done yesterday for my birthday and I showed the tech a reference photo, he said he was able to do it and when it was all done he told me it was his first time doing nails like this! I absolutely loved how they came out and I couldn't be happier! They are by far my favorite set of nails I've ever had! I will definitely be back more frequently!!
