I gave this pharmacy two opportunities as it’s located very close to my home. Both times they did not have my medications in stock (keep in mind my prescriptions are extremely common medications.I would have given them zero stars, however the staff were extremely friendly.

I was referred here for covid testing, waiting now for 7 days, still I've heard nothing. Try to call and I get a message that the number has been disconnected. WORST Pharmacy ever. I have to give at least 1 star to post, I would give less if I could.

Don't get your covid test there my wife and I did and after a week they told her she has to get retested and I call to get my results they never call you back been over a weekend still no results

Waited almost 3 weeks for an antibiotic. I called multiple times only to be told oh it’ll be delivered in a few days. Kept calling and date got pushed back constantly. Finally called today and was told they have no idea when my antibiotic will arrive. Had my prescription transferred to CVS and they filled it within 2 hours……now I can finally start my long delayed treatment.

Completely useless!! Not sure why my doctor's office hooked me up with these folks for a specialized pharmacy. I fired them after a year of botched scheduling and outright bad service. The nursing staff that came to the house were great but quit working with Apex. I was 4 weeks late for my last infusion which was the last straw. STAY CLEAR. I wish zero stars was an option.

My husbands prescription was delivered to our door within 48 hours of Apex receiving our prescription from our physician. Other chain pharmacies have been denying the medication for months. I am just so impressed, shocked, pleased. Thank you Apex!

I would not even give them one star. They are awful. Unreliable, they were supposed to cancel my account months ago and haven’t and now I cannot get the meds I so desperately need because it looks like I’m already getting them from Alex. Do not count on them to take care of your health.

This is the worst specialty pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I don't know why my doctor's office would recommend them to anyone. I'm guessing the owners have connections with AdventHealth or something because no business with this poor customer service and inventory management should still be operating much less receiving referrals. Find a specialty pharmacy that's run by professionals and avoid Apex

I have no idea why anybody would ever want to actually purchase anything from the store you can simply just go on any vitamin shop website or Amazon and be able to pick up the items much cheaper.

I was told that I would receive my medication on the 5th and I did not. I called on the 8th and actually talked to someone and was told that they had not received it yet due to weather up north and that I should get it by the 11th. Did not again so I called on the 12th and that's when the answering service started with me. They said that someone would call me back. No one called me back. I called again on the 15th and still no call back. I need my medication for an allergy that is starting to flare up.

Fabulous pharmacy.Needed help and they got it.The people here really care about the people they service.They carry cancer drugs that your cvs and walgreens does not carry.Cant say more about how they helped us.Thanks Carol
