I've worked as a contractor for over 20 years, and I must say that Home Depot's customer service, especially Rosa's, was exceptional.Despite being swamped with customers, Rosa remained calm and efficient, ensuring everyone left satisfied. She explained rental rules clearly, and when I returned to reset my rental, she expedited the process. Rosa's constant smile and quick assistance made my visit pleasant. I highly recommend Home Depot, thanks to Rosa's outstanding service.

A Home Depot that doesn't sell Pex b wtf walked around for 15 minutes looking for Pex b no one on site near plumbing and when I finally ran into someone they don't know what it is found Simone else 10 minutes later only to tell me they don't carry Pex b how is that possible 30 minutes for me to find out I Pex b come on HD do better maybe have a sign outside or something the employee told me someone asks everyday

Wonderful service! Needed a unique adapter in the electrical department. Called ahead and spoke to Thomas so I didn't make a useless trip. Thomas had the parts waiting for me when I arrived. I was so grateful as he saved me so much time. Besides Thomas' great customer service, I had numerous employees asking me if I needed help. Great Home Depot!!!!

Ordered a Garage Door it took three months to get the garage door. They came out to install it and did not complete the job said they had to contact the manufacturer the door wasn't working right. Three weeks later still not fixed, I fixed the door myself. Will not have Home Depot to do a job around my house again.

Big THANKS to Justin by the customer lumber help section. He assisted me with the home depot app. He asked if I was in need of help and gave me guidance to complete the process. This is the service anyone become convinced to continue to do business with HomeDepot. Justin is a truly talented servant soul, that any company will use as a customer management trainer. I applied to get approved for a military discount at Home Depot on line. After I had been verified, I found out I would need a smartphone to download an app, and scan a QR code. When I called HQ, they told me I just had to go into my local H D store and they would be HAPPY to resolve the issue. They could link my discount to my phone number. I went in, and customer service girl was totally clueless. She called mgr. He said I had to buy smartphone to shop in store and get a discount. NOT HAPPY FORMER CUSTOMER. I'll just have to shop at Lowe's I'm not buying a smartphone.

Everyone here acts like they're clueless. No one could answer my questions and customer service was very rude. Even rolling their eyes at me. Definitely don't recommend this one.

there is a guy who makes beautiful Palm hearts that has been at the back of your parking lot for the last several weeks selling his homemade products. he doesn't approach anyone nor is he standing on a corner, he actually has his vehicle at the very back parking lot away from the island with the stop sign so people can pull in. he doesn't solicit and he doesn't harass he is very proud of what he makes. it makes me sick to my stomach to know that your manager today Jan 28th 2022 was so rude and disrespectful to him making threats. I was about to go into your store & buy a generator but after seeing how your management spoke to this young man who was doing absolutely nothing wrong? Nah, I'll drive to Lowes and give them my business instead. You guys are no better than Walmart, so afraid someone's going to take $5 away from you...

I came in to the store rather than purchasing online because I thought there would be an employee who was knowledgeable about the products and could answer some questions I had. I waited for about twenty minutes to speak with the only employee in the appliance section. It was not worth the wait. I was looking again on my way out and had another question I couldn't find an answer to through the LG website (I had done a lot of research in advance and was between two machines.), and went back to wait again. About five minutes in to wait number two another employee came up offering to help, Bobby. He seemed to know less about the machines than I did. I wanted to know if one model could be ordered with or without an agitator. Seemingly both were on the floor but the one with the without the agitator had no signage or price and was off on its own. I found the model number on the side of it and noticed that was one of the model numbers listed on the sign above the model with the agitator. That led me to believe the machine could be ordered either way. Bobby was very adamant that was not the case. When I asked why that model number appeared on the sign with the display model with the agitator, his response was to ask the people in Atlanta who make the signs. The entire encounter had an air of misogyny. I highly doubt he would have used the same words and tone with me if I was a man and not a woman with her hair in a ponytail who happens to look younger than I actually am (thanks, Mom!). Needless to say, I won't be back. I'd rather find a local appliance store and pay them more money for the same machines than be talked down to by someone who can't answer my basic questions. Savings are nice, but at this point I'll pay for professionalism and courtesy.

I went to buy flooring 10/27/2021 at 2:30 pm and the lady that was there told me she would be right back, no show after 20 minutes so I left and will purchase at lowes, terrible customer service in the flooring department

Needed PCV pipe cut as I have done many times. Young woman Spanish speaking said NO then said something else. I went up front and asked for manager but while waiting a Robert employee asked to help. He quickly cut my pcv then also helped me in 2 other departments altho he was from yard equipment area. Great employee!

I spent 30 minutes trying to talk to someone on the phone to see if a low item took was in stock. Hung up on twice, and finally someone answered and said they had it and put one behind customer service for me to pick up as it was an hour drive for me and online ordering wouldn't go through. Got there and customer service didn't want to let me add it to my cart and go pick up other things I needed while I was there as if I would be stealing it. She backed down and actually warned me not to just go walking out the door with it. Loved that my kids got to hear the lady thought I might be a criminal.
