Annette at Ulta in Orange City is absolutely who you need to see if you're tired of stylists who don't want to spend the time it takes to learn what a customer wants. I am so happy to have found her! I had Christina for my cut today and she is so sweet and accomodating. A couple months ago I came in with bad bangs after an hair cut from some where else and Kayla fixed them , assured me it wasn’t nearly as bad and was so sweet. China who does waxing is just as sweet and precise with doing waxing my brows. I recommend this store/ salon A million times over. best customer service around.

I went to this store last week to find makeup for my upcoming vacation and was very disappointed in the service that was provided . When I got there there wasn’t barely anyone there to help me so I had to find someone to help me . One of the associates said they would get someone to help me. The person that came to help me was a women with pink hair and a orange dress on with black tights I asked her if she could help me with finding some makeup I told her that this was my first time buying makeup she was very unhelpful as she tried to sell me makeup that would make my face darker. She seem like she had more important things to do other then to help me. I will not be visiting this location anymore as I felt like I wasn’t getting the proper customer service or addressing anything else that I wanted to buy.

I was looking for a cologne for my husband and El was especially helpful. She worked with me for at least 30 minutes opening cases trying to match the reference I came in with. The staff here is amazing!!!

I had my first professional hair cut in 7 years and my first curly specialized cut ever today with Kayla and I am over the moon! She was so beyond lovely, knowledgeable, helpful, and I love the cut she gave me. She knew I was nervous and explained every step before we got started, which eased every concern I had. And she nailed the cut from the reference photos I had! I will absolutely be going back.
