The clerk that helped me out was so nice and very knowledgeable. I also had to speak to the supervisor and he helped me out with my issue.

Just left the Orange City post office. I usually have a very pleasant experience. I do my best best to patronize our local post office and not go to other shipping companies like UPS or FedEx. Maybe someone should tell Karen to have better customer service. Maybe someone should tell Karen that the post office is struggling for business, because we can go to places like UPS and FedEx and get better customer service and cheaper rates. Maybe someone should tell Karen that she should be willing to offer me post office tape to seal my package and not give me the tape dispenser, rudely push my package to the side and then proceed to tell me the customer, when she offered to place 1 finger on my package so I could tape it shut, “to not cut her hand”. At that point I had to tell Karen that I am not on the USPS insurance policy and that it would be best for her to tape the package for me. Karen this is not how you keep people coming back to the post office.

I go to this office at least 2 times a week for years and I NEVER had any problems. Bobby, Carmen and the young lady are the best. May be because I go there to send packages only but, I never had any issues.

Tis the season for my letter to go for my aunts house only to the PO Box to get it like this. It’s very obvious somebody that works for the post office is going through Christmas cards to see if they can find money or checks.

The old white guy who ‘runs’ this location is an absolute moron and hires idiots. Your staff refuse to deliver packages to my house, when the sign SAYS NO BIG TRUCKS, your carrier obviously can’t read, that must be why they work for the government, it’s a requirement to be an idiot to work at the post office. I’ll just keep coming into the post office itself to get my mail and raise hell since you lazy people can’t be bothered to do your job and deliver my packages to my house. I’m glad to know my tax money is going to support crackheads who can’t read. Losers.***EDITED TO ADD*** MORE SCREWUPS BY OUR LOVELY POST OFFICE. Your lazy, uneducated mail carriers keep leaving me missed delivery notes for someone who lives on the other side of Orange City than myself, loses my packages multiple times, then denied it when I called and tried to make a claim about it. I called 1-800-usps to make a complaint about missing mail, and why my packages were getting lost and who ever runs this post office left me what sounded like a drunken voice mail asking me to stop calling about my packages. Still doesn’t explain why your idiot mail carriers leave me missed delivery notes with my name on it for someone else with a tracking number for something that isn’t even mine. Make it make sense****THIS POST OFFICE IS TRASH **** I’ve been calling for over half an hour to return a call because your mail carriers think it’s ok to leave me delivery notices with tracking numbers that belong to another resident. No one picks up the phone or can give me an answer on why your carriers keep screwing up. Stop letting mail carriers deliver mail drunk on the clock. If this screw up is happening to me, who else is having their mail messed with? *****

Craig one of the assistant managers got the worst attitude ever worst ran organization in the country. Do not care obviously they make the same money weather they do a good job or bad jobs never my life of I’ve been treated so bad I spent a lot of money with the post office to be treated like this.
