“I go into this store often. They have such cute items and very useful. They also have a Spanish manager that I always see when I go there. She really stands out due to her customer service skills. I have heard her talking to customers and she sounds like she owns the store due to her dedication. I was having a problem with some lighting and she went out of her way to help me. Thank you Five Below for having such a nice employee that really cares. I had written a review once before but for some reason it does not appear on here. So sorry but I do not remember her name.”

“I Never knew that pOpshelf was such a shiny little hidden gem, tucked away in the shopping plaza with Aldis, Petsmart, Sallys Beauty , TJmaxx etc. This was my 1st time going in. Its hard to tell because there are no front windows. However, inside is AWESOME. From the moment i walked in It was a pleasant experience, they were closing in about 20 minutes and still I was kindly greeted by a beautiful young lady named Jamie. The store carries everything from popular brand trinkets and toys, to stationary, really cool stickers and crafts items, pet food/pet toys, snacks such as chips & candy, some housewares, and house cleaning, even beauty supplies makeup, body wash, lotion, hair dye, and lots of trinkets and goodies. They even have ice cream in the back along side of some groceries. The ice-cream/ cookies were a tad bit pricey but I considered that a convenience fee. Since I could grab everything I needed in one place. Its definitely a store worth visiting if your in the area.”
