Mayleen I believe is what her name from reading her badge , tall skinny female has the most nastiest customer service I ever experienced. I wonder if anyone working with her or any customer have experienced her nasty attitude and snarky comments. They need to fire her with the lack of empathy she gives off because the way she spoke to me was not helpful and snarky

I come here a lot and today I’m guessing she is new but still was very racist and as I’m giving her the phone to scan she looks at me and says she doesn’t know about this because there has been scammers now I had the app in my phone and she still called for a manager and didn’t take my word for it. This will be my first complaint cause I’m taking this to their bosses. It was humiliating and just wrong.

Meh. Hit or miss....had them tell me they ordered something, come back tomorrow, only to do so and have them say it wasn't done they will do it now....happened twice. New guy has made errors the two times he helped me. Sighed when I saw him coming tonight in the drive through

It's a mystery as to why pharmacies across the land struggle in the customer service department. This Walgreens is no different. I was very sick and made to come inside to test even though I was told twice they preferred car-side testing. I was greeted by a very rude tech who hated his job, and a pharmacist with the personality of a brick. When I tested positive, I had questions about the treatment medication. The pharmacist answered with 2 and 3 word answers and made me feel like I was interrupting movie night. I am a nurse licensed in the state of Florida. A core value amongst caregivers is empathy. A very simple but powerful act. One that is sadly scarce in today's society and this Walgreens is no exception.**Update**In the spirit of keeping things honest, the pharmacist from this location just called to get an update on my condition. Whether this was prompt by CDC guidelines I'm not sure, but it was nice to hear.

Ordered a knee walker at the Saxon store to be delivered. I never received any kind of confirmation. So I checked my bank account and seen that I had been charged. I proceeded to call the store a little after they opened and spoke to a woman whom barely spoke english. When I explained what was going on. She told me I would have to wait several minutes because nothing is charged that she can use to look. Then was told she could not help me to call back when the manager gets in. I did ask her name. So I can let corporate know how helpful she had been to me. She said "SCREW IT". And then hung up on me.

Worst customer service in the pharmacy. Went to pick up eye drops for my husband and the man at the counter was rude and not helpful at all.I felt like I was bothering him.They were out was what he told me even though we never got a email stating that. And then he rudely pointed me towards the eye drops and said try there.

My efforts to obtain a medication for my pet was fixed in short time by Crystal at the Saxon pharmacy. The medication was not available on the same day, at her store, but she was kind enough to research other stores in the area to locate it. I was able to get it and relieve my pets pain. She is the type of employee that makes me want to return to this store for my needs.
